1. She Is Open About Her Self-Esteem Issues

Doja is very open about her self-esteem issues. “Growing up, I definitely had body dysmorphia. Without a doubt. And I’ve had it since,” she told Cosmopolitan Middle East. “It started in my teens, which I think is where it starts for a lot of people. I started really growing and I never really thought I looked good in a lot of the stuff I wore.” She tries to keep herself in check by talking about her issues and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. “Now, I just try to focus on eating well, but I definitely still struggle with body dysmorphia a bit now. But I think that’s to be completely expected when there’s all these phones in your face, right?”
2. She Does a Lot of Upper Body Work

Doja opened up about her exercise routine during a recent Instagram Live. “ do push. I do pull,” she explained about her upper body workout. “Push would be whatever that sh*t is when you put your arms above your head,” she said, doing a chest press. “And then I do pulling, but that’s a different day. I work on everything. I just do simple stuff like that.” She added that she does a lot of weight lifting, including four sets of shoulder presses and bicep curls, on arm day. "I've just always had noodle arms, my whole life," she revealed
3. She Went Under the Knife

Doja is also open about her plastic surgery. She tweeted that she got a breast reduction and also lipo. “Feels ok. I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. But I’m healing really fast,” she said.
4. She Does Lower Body Workouts

On lower body workout day, Doja’s exercises include jump squats and kettlebell exercises. "I love doing squats," she said. "Don't know why, but my bottom half responds to a lot, and you can see it immediately."
