The singer shared a bunch of photos of herself dressed up like a sexy, fashion-forward version of Cynthia from Rugrats, flaunting her incredibly flat abs in a crop top. The look was created by Hayden Williams. “When Doja’s stylist @brettalannelson told me that she loved my version of Cynthia & wanted to wear this look for #Halloween2021, I was very excited! 1. She Has Battled Body Dysmorphia
Doja has been struggling with body image issues her entire life. “Growing up, I definitely had body dysmorphia. Without a doubt. And I’ve had it since,” she told Cosmopolitan Middle East. “It started in my teens, which I think is where it starts for a lot of people. I started really growing and I never really thought I looked good in a lot of the stuff I wore.”
2. Music Is Therapeutic for Her
Music has helped Doja heal. “I feel like that song [Juicy] was therapeutic for me. I kind of made it for myself – well, the meaning behind it, at least. I was kind of doing it for my own happiness and I feel like other people can definitely pull some joy from that, too,” she said in the same interview. “Now, I just try to focus on eating well, but I definitely still struggle with body dysmorphia a bit now. But I think that’s to be completely expected when there’s all these phones in your face, right?”
3. She Just Recently Started Exercising

During a recent Instagram Live session, Doja admitted that she had just started working out. "It used to be rehearsals for award shows," she said about her approach to exercise. However, now she completes regular sweat sessions, even when she is traveling. "It's hard to get a hotel that has a proper gym," she added.
4. She Is All About Self-Acceptance

“I don’t need to be like anyone else but myself,” she told Crack. “That sounds so corny, but there were times where I felt like a baby duck, just doing what the momma duck did. I took my own leap of faith. When I’m natural, people really fuck with me.”

During her Instagram Live she revealed that she splits up her workouts. On arm days, she does a lot of weight lifting, including four sets of shoulder presses and bicep curls. "I've just always had noodle arms, my whole life," she revealed. Lower body workout day exercises include jump squats and kettlebell exercises. "I love doing squats," she said. "Don't know why, but my bottom half responds to a lot, and you can see it immediately."
7. She Prioritizes Sleep
Doja recently shared a photo of herself getting some zs, claiming that sleep is not only good for her love life. “I also have an IQ of 560 because of it,” she wrote.
