Catania revealed in this Instagram ad for Yonanas that she makes healthier alternatives when she wants ice cream. She captioned the post, “My @yonanas has been a life saver when I’m craving a sweet treat but want to stay on my health goals. Who knew frozen fruit can taste so good?”
2. She Makes Her Own Juices
Catania posted this video on Instagram of herself using a juicer to make her favorite recipes. For one juice, she is seen using spinach, beets, carrots and celery.
3. She’s Opened Gyms

Catania opened a gym called Powerhouse. "Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn," says the Mayo Clinic. "Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key."
4. She’s Made Changes to Her Diet

Catania admits to HollywoodLife that while she loves eating and indulging, she’s had to put that on the back burner, and has made a lot of changes to her diet. “I like to eat, but I’m getting older, so I’m going to have to switch up my lifestyle… I’m trying to stay away from carbs. I’m trying to stay around 1500 calories,” she says.
5. She Takes Advantage Of Her Building’s Home Gym
Catania revealed in this Instagram post that her building has a gym, and she takes full advantage of it. In the post, Catania is seen using the elliptical. She captioned the photo, “One of the many perks of living at @livethealexa is getting my late night cardio in at the fitness studio.”
