Her Partner Motivates Her

Dominika maintains that having a supportive partner is key to her success. "Piotrek motivates me all the time, keeps my spirits up, is with me all the time, I have someone to complain to, talk to me, enjoy a wonderful moment," she told 24/7 News Bulletin. "Healthy relationships with family, friends and other loved ones can be a great source of support, comfort and love. Still, healthy relationships don't necessarily happen by themselves. Often, healthy relationships require compromise and forgiveness. When someone you care about hurts you, you can hold on to anger, resentment and thoughts of revenge — or you can embrace forgiveness and move forward," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Runs

Patrycja Szmit, Dominika's mother, told 24/7 that her daughter enjoys running, just like she does. "I try to infect her with it, especially since she has to take care of her figure," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Modeling Gave Her Self-Confidence

Dominika maintains that her career as a model has helped her with building self-esteem and self-confidence. "Give yourself encouragement," says Harvard Health. "If something bad or painful happens to you, think of what you would say to a good friend if the same thing happened to him or her. Direct these compassionate responses toward yourself. And comfort your body. Eat something healthy. Lie down and rest your body. Massage your own neck, feet, or hands. Take a walk. Anything you can do to improve how you feel physically gives you a dose of self-compassion."

She Works Hard

After Top Model, Dominka wasn't concerned about her career, because she is a hard worker. "This bubble will not burst, and I hope it will not burst. I think it is largely due to my contribution, because I give a lot. Now I have a period where I have a job every day. I leave at 8 am, I come back at 8 pm. It's not an easy job. I try, I change, I hope for good, in terms of working on the figure," she told Top Model.

Dominika eats healthy most of the time, consuming lots of fruits and veggies. However, she isn't afraid of carbs. When she dines out she might eat a pizza or have bread with her meal, as can be evidenced by her Instagram post.
