D'Errico wants to feel good at all times. One thing that helps her is wanting to look her best. She tells FOX News, "I think it's very important for a lot of women, and for myself, to feel good about themselves. I like to look my best and I do that for myself. I don't do it to be compared to other women or to be complimented. I don't do it for those reasons. I do it for me. I do it to look and feel my best."

She Avoids Being In The Sun Too Long

D'Errico has amazing skin. She tells FOX News that one of her secrets to keeping her skin healthy is protecting it from the sun."I used to do the old baby oil baking in the sun thing long ago to get super tan," she admitted. "I've stopped that. I've let myself get a little pale and I wear sunblock all the time, no matter the season. If I want a little glow, I'll use a self-tanner or a tinted moisturizer. I want to take care of my skin the best that I can and the number one thing you can do is stay out of the sun."

She's Vegan

D'Errico is open about being a vegan. She tells FOX News that wanting to help animals is what drove her to make this change. "There were happy benefits, like clearer skin, better digestion, better sleep," she says. "But that's not why I do it. I do it for the animals."

She Calls Out Haters

D'Errico doesn't care what others think of her. And she doesn't let them impact her decisions. She talked about it in the caption of this Instagram post. "Quite a few women complained about the 4th of July video I posted in a red white & blue bikini because they thought I was 'classier than that' and 'too old to wear a bikini' and, my favorite, 'desperate'. Let me tell you something that might surprise you. I can actually wear and do literally whatever I want. On that note, here is me in a bikini squatting on a coffee table."

She Boxes

D'Errico posts a lot of workout photos and videos on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is box. She shared this photo of herself sparring with her trainer. D'Errico captioned the photo, "Fight training on the beach." According to Harvard Health, "Fitness boxing is also a great aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther."
