1. She Boxes

One thing D’Errico does to stay in shape is box. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself sparring outdoors with her trainer at the beach. D’Errico captioned the photo, “Fight training at the beach.” "It may be time to kick your way to one of the hottest workouts around. Kickboxing, also referred to as boxing aerobics and cardio kickboxing, is a hybrid of boxing, martial arts and aerobics that offers an intense cross-training and total-body workout," says ACE Fitness.

2. She Hikes

D’Errico loves to go hiking. Sometimes, she has a companion with her. She posted this video on Instagram of herself hiking in Fryman Canyon with her dog, Blossom. She captioned the video, “Blossom did good for her first time hiking.”

Deonna Purrazzo, the wrestler, stays fit for work and the photos she posts are proof of it. Her Instagram is full of "wow" photos. In her most recent post, Purrazzo posed on the beach in a white bathing suit. In the caption, she talked about body shamers and self-confidence. She captioned it: "Twitter saw this CLAP-BACK first 👏👏👏 I could go on and on about body shaming and cyberbullying, but they don’t deserve the attention. But, I’ll always be LOUD about loving yourself and all that you are, no matter what anyone else has to say.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Deonna Purrazzo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has No Time For Body Shamers

Throughout her career, Purrazzo has never been afraid to call out body shamers. In her most recent Instagram post’s caption, Purrazzo once again took time to call out the haters. “I could go on and on about body shaming and cyberbullying, but they don’t deserve the attention.” "Teach your children to not respond to cyberbullying messages. Encourage them to block anyone who cyberbullies, to keep evidence of it and to share it with you," says the Mayo Clinic. "Warning signs of cyberbullying include seeming depressed or upset after spending time online and trying to avoid school or social situations."

2. She’s All About Self-Love

Purrazzo is all about self-love and accepting herself. In the same Instagram post, she talked about the importance of self-love. “I’ll always be LOUD about loving yourself and all that you are, no matter what anyone else has to say,” she wrote. "Once you've identified troubling situations, pay attention to your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and your interpretation of what the situation means. Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts, or irrational, based on false ideas," says the Mayo Clinic. "Ask yourself if these beliefs are true. Would you say them to a friend? If you wouldn't say them to someone else, don't say them to yourself."

3. She Learns New Things

Purrazzo has worked with a lot of different people and companies. She says to The Sun that she makes sure to learn new things with each experience. "Every company has taught me something different," she says. "When I first went to Impact, I was seven matches in, 19-years-old and terrified. It was a massive learning curve but a good stepping stone into the independent scene."

4. She’s Grateful

Purrazzo has a successful career, and she is grateful for everything that has happened to her. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself appreciating her recent activities. She wrote in the caption, “This has quite possibly been the busiest month I’ve ever had… and one of the most rewarding. My smile is a true reflection of how I’m feeling. Grateful.”

5. She Goes To The Beach

Purrazzo loves to spend time by the beach. Last summer, she took a trip to Hawaii, and made sure to get a ton of photos for Instagram. One photo she posted was of herself in the water, enjoying a cocktail. She captioned the post, “It’s 5PM somewhere.” She also posted this photo of herself in Cocoa Beach, captioning it, “Letting the freckles fly today.”

Scarlett Moffatt is slamming the photographer who took secret pictures of her in a swimsuit, posting the pictures on her Instagram to make a point about body positivity. The 31-year-old British TV star is on vacation with her sister in Spain, clearly enjoying the sunshine and pool time. “To the disgusting pap who snuck into the hotel to take photos of me with my little sister. I ain’t ashamed of my body, yes they’re not the most flattering pictures but baby I’m living my best life ☀️ this is a reminder to be kind about your own body and never let it stop you from doing the things you love #bodypositivity,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Moffatt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Hike

Moffatt enjoys taking long hikes, and appreciates the positive impact they have on her physical and mental health. “After finally getting to a stage where I love my body, I’m now wanting to love the inside of it a bit more and make the insides fitter by doing more cardio,” she says.

“The nice thing about hiking is that it exists along an entire continuum, from a gentle walk on a flat wooded path to mountain climbing,” says Dr. Aaron L. Baggish, associate director of the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. “There’s a real sense of peace and composure you get from being outside and away from everything.”

2. She Scuba Dives

Moffatt loves to scuba dive, and refuses to wait to be the “perfect” size to enjoy the things she loves. “Don’t let your mind bully your body. Don’t ever worry so much about your physical appearance that you let it stop you doing something you love or from having fun or from seeing friends or family or trying to find love,” she says. “Don’t think aww I’ll do that once I look a certain way. Because YOU my friend are bloody PERFECT just as you are RIGHT NOW 🤍 #perfect

3. She Practices Body Positivity

'Dumbo' European Premiere - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Moffatt hasn’t always had the best relationship with her body, but now she embraces her physique and refuses to hide it. “This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this,” she captioned an Instagram post of herself posing in a bikini. “It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body. I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror. But hey after 5 years of not daring to wear a bikini I’m actually doing it! So I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category (because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite) LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE 🤍🙏.”

4. She Loves Carbs

Moffatt enjoys eating carbohydrates with most meals. “Carbohydrates are the primary fuel source for our bodies,” says Bethany Thayer, MS, RDN. “They not only provide your body with the energy it needs, but natural food sources of carbohydrates are also a good source of critical nutrients, such as calcium, vitamin C and fiber. This macronutrient is so important, health authorities recommend 50 percent of your daily calories come from carbohydrates.”

5. She Will Never Crash Diet Again

Eylure x Jordyn Woods - Launch PartyStuart C. Wilson/Getty Images

Moffatt famously lost a huge amount of weight in the space of a few months, and released a celebrity weight-loss DVD—something she says she deeply regrets. “Something I don't talk about ever is an ad on a fitness DVD, which I always say is like, my biggest regret,” she revealed on the BoobShare podcast. “But what people need to understand is, I was so young, like I was in my early 20s. I was working in an office, I was very new to this [celebrity] industry. I had no representation and it seemed like a good thing at the time. And I feel like I'm always penalized for that. And it's really upsetting because that's just such a small part of my life and a mistake that I made. But I seem to still be getting sh*t for it. I'm like ‘come on now, like you don’t even know me’, and I've even apologized about doing the before-and-after pictures. Because now I realize how detrimental AR [augmented reality] is to people's mental health. I can honestly say hand-on-heart that, actually, that was the most miserable time.”

D’Errico revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with FOX News. She is open about being a vegan, and revealed that director Sam Simon, inspired her to do this. “I went to the next room and he had me watch this undercover footage of a factory farm. At that time, I had no idea there were factory farms or what they were. I didn’t know what conditions these animals were in before they ended up on our plates and in grocery stores. I lived in the dark. I watched the video. I came back to the room where he had his podcast studio set up and I was in tears. I told him I was never going to eat meat again. He said, ‘Well, great. Let’s finish the podcast.’ And we did. But from that point on, I didn’t need meat anymore.”

I’ve let myself get a little pale and I wear sunblock all the time, no matter the season. If I want a little glow, I’ll use a self-tanner or a tinted moisturiser. I want to take care of my skin the best that I can and the number one thing you can do is stay out of the sun.”

She says that she likes to research skincare products before she uses them. “There’s no magic product that will fix everything,” she said. “And when it comes to trying new products, I’m a professional researcher. I read up on everything I can because everyone swears that the new thing works.

5. She Isn’t Afraid To Admit She Isn’t Perfect

D’Errico isn’t perfect, and she also isn’t afraid to admit that. She did so in the caption of this Instagram photo. D’Errico wrote, “I may be a little broken. I may be a little bit of a mess. I make a lot of mistakes. But I’m also a deeply feeling person in a very broken, very messy world. My life is beautiful organized chaos and I generally walk around in it in total oblivion. I think if we were all brave enough to be honest, we would admit that we all want the same thing. To be loved."

1. She Is Body Neutral

LizzoBikiniLizzo/Instagram

Lizzo identifies as “body neutral” not “body positive,” she explained in the December 2021 issue of Essence Magazine. “It’s exhausting,” she said. “And that’s the point. I don’t want to talk about this anymore. We should be neutral about bodies.” She has also used the term "body normative” to describe her approach. “I want to normalize my body. And not just be like, ‘Ooh, look at this cool movement. Being fat is body-positive.’ No, being fat is normal,” she told Vogue in 2020. “I think now, I owe it to the people who started this to not just stop here. We have to make people uncomfortable again, so that we can continue to change. Change is always uncomfortable, right?”

2. She Battled Body Dysmorphia

63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards – ArrivalsShutterstock

Lizzo revealed during a Rolling Stone interview that she battled body image issues as a teen. However, she has come to love herself exactly the way she is. “I’ve come to terms with body dysmorphia and evolved,” she explained.

3. She Tries Not to Respond to the Haters

Gucci Love Parade - ArrivalsRich Fury/Getty Images

After being accused of fueling the “obesity epidemic” via Twitter and she responded, she opted to take a step back from social media. “That was the end of that era for me,” she told Rolling Stone.

4. She Wants to Celebrated for Her Music Not Her Body

Global Citizen Live, New YorkKevin Mazur/Getty Images

Lizzo doesn’t want to be seen as “brave” for her body, but celebrated for her music. “I’m so much more than that. Because I actually present that, I have a whole career. It’s not a trend.”

5. She Wants Everyone to Feel “Blessed” and “Capable”

“I’m blessed, and I want you to know that you’re blessed. I want you to know that you woke up this morning, and that’s a blessing, I want you to know the sun is shining somewhere, that’s a blessing, and even if it’s raining, it’s cleansing you – it’s a blessing. I want you to know that whatever you’re going through, if it doesn’t feel good, that you will feel good again, and you have whatever it takes to feel good again,” she said during an Instagram video she posted after the Twitter situation. “You are capable. You deserve to feel good as hell, and you deserve to find that. And as proud as you are of me, I’m proud of you. I’m really proud of you – because life comes at you fast, and sometimes it can be so hard, but if I can make it, I know you can make it. We can make it together.”

6. She Prioritizes Self Care

63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards – Arrivalsfor The Recording Academy

“Self care is in the little moments — bathing, sweating, washing your hair.. it’s in laughing so hard you can barely catch a breath, your lungs expanding on a morning jog… now more than ever we need to enjoy the quiet within ourselves,” Lizzo said on Instagram.

7. She Wants Everyone to Feel “Good As Hell”

“Let me talk to y’all for a second,” Lizzo told fans at the 2019 MTV VMAs. “It’s so hard trying to love yourself in a world that doesn’t love you back, am I right?” she said. “So I want to take this opportunity right now to just feel good….. Because you deserve to feel good …. So tell me how you’re feeling?”

8. She Loves Her “Dimple” and “Stretch Marks”

“I’m doing this for myself. I love creating shapes with my body, and I love normalizing the dimples in my” backside “or the lumps in my thighs or my back fat or my stretch marks. … I think it’s beautiful,” she told Essence about loving her body.

9. She Chose to Accept Herself

2021 Outside Lands Music And Arts FestivalTim Mosenfelder/Getty Images

“I don’t think that loving yourself is a choice. I think that it’s a decision that has to be made for survival; it was in my case,” she told NBC News. “Loving myself was the result of answering two things: Do you want to live? ‘Cause this is who you’re gonna be for the rest of your life. Or are you gonna just have a life of emptiness, self-hatred and self-loathing? And I chose to live, so I had to accept myself.”

10. She Believes Fitness Has No Clothing Size

51st NAACP Image Awards - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

“I want people to realise that fitness doesn’t have a look or an aesthetic or a weight. Fitness is a very personal thing that’s between you and your doctor,” she told Billboard. “To have a big black girl singing about how she’s working on the calisthenics – because mind you, I be in the gym everyday, but people don’t believe that … I think that it’s empowering for young girls, to see that it’s okay to work out and not have a six-pack.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
