2. She Hikes
Ashton does a lot of outdoor exercises to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Ashton posts a lot of hiking photos on Instagram. 3. She Skis

4. She Eats Protein Rich Snacks
Ashton makes sure to eat healthy as well as staying active. She shared this photo on Instagram of one of her favorite after workout snacks. She captioned it, “Vegan cream cheese on wasa whole grain cracker, nova salmon, edamame and berries. This is protein packed with lots of color on the plate.”
5. She Occasionally Eats Plant Based
Ashton likes to incorporate a plant-based diet into her life. She talked about how she came to this decision in this Instagram post. “I went plant-based almost 3 months ago for health reasons, after watching the documentary Game Changers,” she writes. “I was curious- if I could do it, how I would feel, would I gain or lose weight? Within one month, I realized this was in fact a game changer for ME! I lost 10 pounds, my LDL went from 111 to 81 and I am not hungry/ feel great and don’t miss dairy, eggs or meat at all. When i order from a restaurant, I do get fish, but this is usually only 1-2 times a week.”
