She Stays Hydrated

Michele revealed some of her health and wellness secrets in an interview with FashionBombDaily.com. Michele says that she makes sure to stay hydrated and drinks a lot of water each day. "Increase your water intake," she said. "Any amount is better than what you've been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run."

She Controls Her Portions

Michele tells FashionBombDaily.com that she isn't on any specific diet. In fact, she admits that she's not the healthiest eater. Rather, she practices portion control with her meals. "I try to cook as much as I can, and I don't necessarily cook healthy, but I use very small portions to keep the calories at bay," she said.

She Keeps Indulgences to Once a Week

Michele tells FashionBombDaily.com that she isn't always the healthiest eater. She says that she does indulge, but tries to keep them for only once in a while. "I love soda, but my skin and body don't," she says. "I'm a cheater about once a week." "Switching from regular to diet soda may offer a short term cut in calories, but your body won't be fooled for long," registered dietitian Kristin Kirkpatrick, MS, RD, LD, tells the Cleveland Clinic. "Research suggests that your body reacts to certain nonnutritive foods, including the artificial sweeteners in diet soda, in ways that may actually harm your health."

She Runs On The Treadmill

Michele spilled some of her wellness secrets to Radar Online. She says that she likes to work out at home, and tries to do a cardio session each day. "I am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house," Michele says. "I watch the clock for the entire 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I'm up to an eight incline."

She Wear Sunscreen

Michele has amazing skin, and she takes care of it. She revealed some of her secrets to Radar Online. One of them is protecting her skin from the sun's rays. "I wear sun screen every day, 50 or more because I believe it is a fountain of youth," she explains. One "other key to effective sunscreen use is ensuring the correct application and amount. Most people aren't using as much sunscreen as they should. At least two tablespoons of sunscreen, or 1 ounce, should be used to cover all surfaces of the skin, except the eyelids," says the Mayo Clinic. "It is also important to reapply sunscreen at least every two hours, or any time after sweating or swimming. Although some sunscreens may be listed as water-resistant, none is truly waterproof."
