1. She Works Out Her Legs
Michele has an amazing lower body. Naturally, she does a lot of leg and lower body exercises. Michele has an Instagram story highlight entitled “Fitness” on her account, where she shares her favorite ways to workout. In one video, she is seen using a leg press machine at the gym. In others, she is seen doing plank jumps and kettlebell squats.
2. She Strength Trains

Michele also likes to lift weights and do strength training as a way to stay in shape. In her Instagram stories, she is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell, captioning it, “I’m lit.” She is also seen using battle ropes, kettlebells, and weights.
3. She Uses Resistance Bands

Michele loves to use resistance bands to help her work out. In her Instagram story highlights, she is seen doing different exercises with the band on her ankles. Michele is seen using the bands when she does exercises like donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and side leg lifts.

Michele makes sure to stay hydrated each day. She says to FashionBombDaily.com that she drinks a lot of water. “Any amount is better than what you’ve been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run.”
5. She Runs On The Treadmill Each Day

Michele tells Radar Online that she owns a treadmill, and doesn’t let it collect dust in her home. She says that she makes sure to run on her treadmill each day. “I stay on the treadmill in my house,” Michele says. “I watch the clock for the entire 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I’m up to an eight incline.”
