Dua Lipa is still in vacation mode. The Levitating singer shared a gallery of throwback snaps from a recent trip she took with her boyfriend, Anwar Hadid, and his supermodel sister Bella. In several of them, Bella and Dua can be seen showing off their super fit figures in bikinis. Curious how the stars keep themselves super fit? Read on to learn about Dua Lipa and Bella Hadid’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Dua: Keep Workouts Short and Tough

Dua opts for hardcore, short HIIT workouts instead of long, easier ones. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started," she told Vogue about her sessions. Each runs 15 minutes and consists of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees. Why should you consider HIIT? The Mayo Clinic confirms "you'll burn more calories," with them. "The more vigorously you exercise, the more calories you'll burn — even if you increase intensity for just a few minutes at a time," they say.

2. Bella: Workout Long and Hard

"Tre Piani (Three Floors)" Red Carpet - The 74th Annual Cannes Film FestivalLionel Hahn/Getty Images

Bella opts for longer workout sessions, telling E! News that her workouts are a whopping two hours long.“I train and I work out hard for two hours — I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming, it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard,” she said. "Put in 100% from the start to the end of a workout. There is nothing better than to push yourself to the limit, while making the most of it. Going to the gym for two hours with only 50% motivation is the best way of erasing the feeling of accomplishment and well-being that boosts self-confidence that you get from a workout," she added to Vogue France.

3. Dua: Focus on Your Abs

If you want flat abs a la Dua, put in the work. The singer told Urban List that she focuses on her midsection. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" she said.

4. Bella: Timing Is Everything with Eating

"Annette" & Opening Ceremony Red Carpet - The 74th Annual Cannes Film FestivalSamir Hussein/WireImage

Bella has "really low blood sugar" so she has to “eat all the time,” she revealed to Harper’s Bazaar to keep her energy up. "I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good," she explained. She also makes sure to have something in her tummy prior to a workout. "I count on a smoothie, a juice or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session," she added to Vogue Paris. "After the session I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session."

5. Dua: Mix Up Your Workouts

In addition to HIIT workout, Dua does yoga, Pilates, and boxing. "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting," she told Urban List. "I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing, I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."

6. Bella: Drink Green

Bella revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she stays energized with a few different beverages. “I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set. I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low,” she revealed. “I’m also a big coffee drinker. I’ll have three espressos before noon.”

7. Dua: Find a Workout Buddy

In addition to having a bikini buddy, Dua relies on pals to stay motivated with fittness. "I would always be that person who made a new year's resolution, get a gym membership and then show up twice in the first week of January and then never go again," she told Urban List. "Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I'm pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me."

8. Bella: Eat to Lose Weight

Unlike the supermodel stereotype, Bella doesn’t starve herself to stay thin. In fact, she tries to eat a hearty breakfast daily. “If I have the morning off, I’ll either make eggs and sausage, and eat breakfast at home, or go to the bagel store below my apartment. ... My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel,” she told Harper’s.

1. Jennifer Lopez

Lopez’s fitness secrets have been coveted by many. However, one of her secrets is pretty obvious. Lopez is an incredible dancer, and even started her career out as a “Fly Girl” dancer on the show In Living Color. "During aerobic activity, you repeatedly move large muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You'll notice your body's responses quickly," reports the Mayo Clinic. "You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs. Your small blood vessels (capillaries) will widen to deliver more oxygen to your muscles and carry away waste products, such as carbon dioxide and lactic acid. Your body will even release endorphins, natural painkillers that promote an increased sense of well-being."

2. Addison Rae

Addison Rae posed in a yellow bathing suit on the beach this week. With one look at her Instagram, you’ll know Rae is a big fan of going to the beach. She also loves to surf and swim when she’s there.

3. Elle Macpherson

elle-macpherson-1Elle MacPherson/Instagram

Model Elle Macpherson lounged in the sun on her Instagram story this week, and she wore a stunning black bathing suit. Macpherson is on an Alkaline diet, which involves eating foods that affect your body’s pH levels. She told Vogue that this diet helped her clear up her skin. “What I’d always thought were sunspots – actually, they were sugar spots - started to clear, and my skin looked tighter, dewier, plumper,” she said. “I started to lose weight, probably because my sugar cravings had subsided. My digestion improved. I felt more emotionally balanced.”

4. Eiza Gonzalez

Actress Eiza Gonzalez posed on a boat on Instagram this week. She wore a light green and white patterned bathing suit with ruffles. When it comes to working out, Gonzalez says that she tries to get moving every day. "I like to keep moving every day, not necessarily 'work out' every day, but keep moving," González told Harper's BAZAAR Australia. "It doesn't have to be intense, just getting the body some blood flow and not staying stagnant."

5. Rita Ora

Rita Ora was “feeling 2022” when she posed in a strapless black bathing suit on the beach. When it comes to her fitness, Ora tells Shape that she has changed her approach to it. “I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath-that feeling of contentment."

6. Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has posted a lot of stunning swimsuit photos from her long honeymoon with her new husband, Carter Roem. Her most recent was of her posing in a black and white bathing suit top and skirt with a giant inflatable unicorn. Hilton is open about the fact that she doesn’t do traditional workouts. However, she tells Yahoo Life that she has a machine that helps her workout throughout her busy day. “When I’m getting a facial, I just lie there and this machine attaches to your body and is basically like doing a million sit-ups. You just lie down and relax, but your whole body’s being worked out the whole time. I think that’s an amazing hack for working out and not actually having to do anything.”

7. Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa has never been afraid to show off her petite figure, flat abs, and toned legs. She posted a new swimsuit photo on Instagram this week. When it comes to Lipa’s exercise routine, she tells The Urban List that she likes to try a lot of new things. She also says that she loves to try local workouts when she travels. “I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

8. Bella Hadid

bella-hadid-1Bella Hadid/Instagram

Model Bella Hadid and her friend Lauren Perez lounged on an inflatable float in the ocean this week. Both girls wore bathing suits, showing off their figures. When it comes to her diet, Hadid tells People that she has methods of eating healthy when she travels. “I like to eat healthy and not eat crazy plane food.”

9. Alessandra Ambrosio

Model Alessandra Ambrosio has never been afraid to post revealing photos on Instagram, and she’s posted a lot of swimsuit photos on her account. Despite being a model, Ambrosio says that she isn’t on any extreme diets. She tells The Edit that her diet is all about moderation. “I’m all about moderation and eating something different every day. Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I’m back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based — and so yummy — I’ll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I’m back in LA.”

10. Sarah Michelle Gellar

sarah-michelle-gellar-1Sarah Michelle Gellar/Instagram

Gellar posted a series of photos from her family’s vacation. One photo included her in a blue swimsuit. One of the things Gellar also did on vacation was go ziplining. Her first post of 2022 was an Instagram video of herself ziplining over the gorgeous scenery.

Dua Lipa appeared last night on Late Show With Stephen Colbert and told the story of how she got the call from Elton John to record their hit single “Cold Heart,” which is a mashup inspired by “Rocket Man” and “Sacrifice,” featuring a vocal from Dua. When the legend rang her up, “I was in my bikini and a cowboy hat,” she said with a laugh. Read on to hear the whole story and see what Lipa was wearing—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Lipa Said Elton Called Her When She Was Wearing a Cowboy Hat and Bikini

“It was kind of funny actually,” said Lipa. “Now, Elton and I we've done a couple things together. I also performed with him for his AIDS foundation, for the Oscars opening. And afterwards we had dinner in LA and then literally a couple days later, I've started writing for my new album. And, I was hanging out by the pool before going to do some writing and all of a sudden my phone rings and it's a FaceTime from Elton and his husband, David—casual." “As you do,” said Colbert. Lipa continued: “I mean, it's not that casual. I don't think it's casual. I was in my bikini and a cowboy hat. But I wouldn't have it any other way. It was perfect. And, they were just like, you know, we have this idea….” Read on....

2. Lipa Said It Was Meant to Be

“We'd love to have you on this song,” they told Lipa. “And immediately I was like, are you joking? I was like, of course, you know, I'd love to. ‘No, no, no, you have to listen to it first….We're gonna send it to you. And then afterwards, you let us know if you wanna do the song.’ And knowing already what I was gonna say. I'm like, absolutely. So I heard the song and it was a remix that PNAU did of "Rocket Man" and "Sacrifice." And immediately, I mean, I couldn't believe it. And it's, it's kind of crazy because I feel like I manifested this in a way.”

3. Lipa Said "Rocket Man" is Her Driving Song

29th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing PartyDave Benett/Getty Images for EJAF

“'Rocket Man' is my driving song. It's my shower song. It's song that I sing along to myself really,” she said. “I like to sing along to it. I love the song I do too. And so when I got asked to sing that part, I was like, okay, this is, it was just meant to be.” “Elton I'm available too,” said Colbert. “I also know the lyrics to 'Rocket Man.'”

4. She Works Out Early in the Morning

How does she stay so fit? She works out early in the morning. “The Department of Health and Human Services recommends that healthy adults include aerobic activity and strength training in their fitness plans, specifically:

  • At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity
  • Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week,” says the Mayo Clinic, which adds: “Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and strengthen your bones and muscles.”

5. She Eats Right, Most of the Time

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she told The Urban List. “ I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area — especially as there’s no indoor seating at the moment due to the pandemic. With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she told Refinery29.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
