Dua Lipa knows how to rock a pop song—and a bikini. The singer has spent this summer posing in swimwear on Instagram, and looking fit every time, including in her latest outfit, made of crochet. She posted a rebus’s worth of emojis with it: a mushroom, a heart, a flower, a star, a watermelon, a rainbow, a puzzle pieces, a teddy bear…..We don’t know what all that means but we can tell she’s having fun. Read on to see 5 ways Dua Lipa stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Likes a Good High Intensity Workout

"I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way,” she told Vogue once. “Aerobic exercise is the type of activity that gets your heart beating faster, and you breathe harder than normal. Adults should get at least 150 to 300 minutes a week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “The alternative is 75 to 150 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity activity. This is where the popular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can play a role.”

2. She Has This Beauty Routine

For her skin, Dua Lipa has “a shower, then cream cleanser, vitamin-B serum, hydrating cream and SPF. I never used to be into skincare but now I travel, I have to.” She finishes the day with “a cleansing oil to remove my make-up, followed by a probiotic serum and face cream.” As for makeup: “I try not to wear make-up on days I don’t have to, but if I do, it takes 15 minutes max. I stick to foundation or concealer, mascara, eyeshadow and bronzer and then I’m out the door.” She told all this to Elle UK.

3. She Eats This Way

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told Adidas. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

4. She Kept Up a Routine During the Pandemic

“My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together. […] It almost feels as though we’re all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure,” she told Vogue UK.

5. She Meditates Before Bed

I’ve been rehearsing like crazy so my mind is always racing at the end of the day. It’s really comforting to grab a book and get transported to another world. I also like to take 30 minutes to meditate before bed for that added wind-down. Tomorrow is another full day of rehearsals. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have in the works… The Brits, we’re ready for you!” she told Refinery29 before the big awards show.

"It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."

Superstar Dua Lipa is still having the best summer vacation as she continues her travels across sunny coastal Europe—specifically Greece. Lipa, 27, shared stunning pictures of herself on a boat on the ocean, wearing a red one-piece swimsuit, a yellow bikini, and a plaid bikini with pink sarong. “Sailing through the Peloponnese ⚓️,” she captioned the post. How does the singer look so fit, happy, and glowing? Here are 5 ways she stays fit and beautiful.

1. Hot Yoga

Dua,Lipa,At,The,World,Premiere,Of,'alita:,Battle,Angel'Shutterstock

Lipa loves hot yoga classes and mindfulness sessions. "On an off day—which is usually rare—I'd be at home in London and go to a hot yoga class first thing in the morning," she says. "Then there's a lovely brunch spot next to my yoga class where I get a smoothie and an English breakfast, which feels really comforting… That mindfulness practice is super important to me. Making sure I am healthy inside and out helps me stay on top of everything."

2. New Album In 2024

London,,United,Kingdom,-,July,12,,2023:,Dua,Lipa,AttendsShutterstock

Lipa promises her next album—which will drop in 2024—will be her most personal yet, but on her own terms. “I think it’s a marketing tool: How confessional can you be?” she says about how other artists expose their personal lives. “I also don’t put so much of my life out there for people to dig into the music in this weird, analytical way.”

3. Skincare Basics

Lipa believes less is more when it comes to her skincare routine. "My skin gets really dry from traveling, and for a while, I tried so many products, and nothing made it better," she says. "When I am on holiday spending time in the sun, I don't really need to put on a ton of treatments and serums. I realized when I put less on my skin, and it's much better. We're conditioned to believe that we need to use 500 things when sometimes less is more."

4. Mixing Up Her Workouts

Lipa enjoys a variety of different workouts. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she says. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

5. Her Concealer Hack

Lipa recently realized she was applying concealer incorrectly for years. "What I’ve learned with concealer is that you have to dab it and not rub it — I feel like that’s the only way you can actually cover anything up is if you just keep dabbing, which is something I never knew," she says. "I was like, Why is this not covering anything? I had been rubbing it off instead of dabbing it on."

1. Lipa Said Elton Called Her When She Was Wearing a Cowboy Hat and Bikini

“It was kind of funny actually,” said Lipa. “Now, Elton and I we've done a couple things together. I also performed with him for his AIDS foundation, for the Oscars opening. And afterwards we had dinner in LA and then literally a couple days later, I've started writing for my new album. And, I was hanging out by the pool before going to do some writing and all of a sudden my phone rings and it's a FaceTime from Elton and his husband, David—casual." “As you do,” said Colbert. Lipa continued: “I mean, it's not that casual. I don't think it's casual. I was in my bikini and a cowboy hat. But I wouldn't have it any other way. It was perfect. And, they were just like, you know, we have this idea….” Read on....

“We'd love to have you on this song,” they told Lipa. “And immediately I was like, are you joking? I was like, of course, you know, I'd love to. ‘No, no, no, you have to listen to it first….We're gonna send it to you. And then afterwards, you let us know if you wanna do the song.’ And knowing already what I was gonna say. I'm like, absolutely. So I heard the song and it was a remix that PNAU did of "Rocket Man" and "Sacrifice." And immediately, I mean, I couldn't believe it. And it's, it's kind of crazy because I feel like I manifested this in a way.”

3. Lipa Said "Rocket Man" is Her Driving Song

“'Rocket Man' is my driving song. It's my shower song. It's song that I sing along to myself really,” she said. “I like to sing along to it. I love the song I do too. And so when I got asked to sing that part, I was like, okay, this is, it was just meant to be.” “Elton I'm available too,” said Colbert. “I also know the lyrics to 'Rocket Man.'”

4. She Works Out Early in the Morning

How does she stay so fit? She works out early in the morning. “The Department of Health and Human Services recommends that healthy adults include aerobic activity and strength training in their fitness plans, specifically:

  • At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity
  • Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week,” says the Mayo Clinic, which adds: “Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and strengthen your bones and muscles.”

5. She Eats Right, Most of the Time

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she told The Urban List. “ I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area — especially as there’s no indoor seating at the moment due to the pandemic. With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she told Refinery29.

Dua Lipa is sharing some recent photos with her fans, and in many of them she is wearing a swimsuit! The "New Rules" singer flaunts her fit figure in a tiny bathing suit while poolside in the curation of social media snaps. “day&night randoms,” she captioned the series. 1. She Doesn’t Pay Attention to Social Media Comments

Dua has discussed how trolling of a dance video she shared on social media early in her career damaged her mental health. Ever since, she has struggled with social media. “Of course it got to me. I was at a point where I was so happy, I was doing everything that I wanted to, but then there were people who made me feel like maybe I wasn't good enough or I didn't deserve to be there, I wasn't cut out to be a musician. I realized that what anyone says doesn't actually matter. It was something that I learned during the period of writing Future Nostalgia — I was able to shut people out,” she told NPR. “Now, if anybody says anything, it doesn't even bother me. Nothing even cuts through, because I realized that if you're passionate about something and you're good at your job and you write from the heart, no one can take that away from you. I had to take myself off Twitter, but if that's going to help me and my mental health and allow me to thrive in whatever way I choose to, that has been a saving grace.”

2. She Does Yoga

During a 73 Questions interview with Vogue, Dua revealed that she "always, always" travels with her yoga mat. "What's the most difficult yoga pose that you've mastered?" the interviewer Joe Sabia asked her. She revealed that it was Crow pose into a headstand, which involves balancing your knees on your elbows as you crouch forward on your hands, eventually transforming into a headstand. She then demonstrates the pose, wearing heels and jeans.

3. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Dua is incredibly busy, between touring, award shows, recording, and traveling. How does she keep herself mentally sound? She prioritizes self-care. “Make sure to take time for yourself to stay grounded in the midst of all this craziness,” she told Vogue. She also prioritizes getting enough sleep.

4. These Are Some of Her Favorite Eats and Drinks

Dua eats healthy most of the time. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she dished to Urban List. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!" Some of her other favorite eats and drinks? Maple oat latte, her mother’s cooking, and a vodka martini filthy."

5. She Does HIIT Style Workouts

When it comes time to hit the gym, Dua prefers short but intense bursts of exercise. She told Vogue that she does 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
