She Likes a Good High Intensity Workout

"I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I've got a really early call time, I don't want to be waking up hours before I need to to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I'm on my way," she told Vogue once. "Aerobic exercise is the type of activity that gets your heart beating faster, and you breathe harder than normal. Adults should get at least 150 to 300 minutes a week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The alternative is 75 to 150 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity activity. This is where the popular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can play a role."

She Has This Beauty Routine

For her skin, Dua Lipa has "a shower, then cream cleanser, vitamin-B serum, hydrating cream and SPF. I never used to be into skincare but now I travel, I have to." She finishes the day with "a cleansing oil to remove my make-up, followed by a probiotic serum and face cream." As for makeup: "I try not to wear make-up on days I don't have to, but if I do, it takes 15 minutes max. I stick to foundation or concealer, mascara, eyeshadow and bronzer and then I'm out the door." She told all this to Elle UK.

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told Adidas. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

"My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together. […] It almost feels as though we're all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure," she told Vogue UK.

She Meditates Before Bed

I've been rehearsing like crazy so my mind is always racing at the end of the day. It's really comforting to grab a book and get transported to another world. I also like to take 30 minutes to meditate before bed for that added wind-down. Tomorrow is another full day of rehearsals. I can't wait for everyone to see what we have in the works… The Brits, we're ready for you!" she told Refinery29 before the big awards show.
