1. Her Workouts Are Short But Intense

Dua told Vogue that she does 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she exclaimed. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest.”

Dua doesn’t skip workouts, even when she is extremely busy. "When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting,” she told Marie Claire about how she trains on the road.

Lipa enjoys a certain fighting form. "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever,” she told BeautyCrew.com.
4. She Focuses On Ab Work
If you want flat abs like Dua, you better do a lot of ab work. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" she said.

Dua isn’t all work and no play. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told The Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"
6. She Cooks

One way Dua makes sure she is eating healthy is by cooking her own food. "I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area" she wrote in an essay for Refinery29 during the pandemic. "With all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."
7. She Works Out with Friends, Virtually
Dua is all about the workout buddy system. "My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together," she told Vogue. "It almost feels as though we're all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure."
