Singer Dua Lipa is enjoying her quick break from the Future Nostalgia tour, visiting a natural wonder. She just posted a new photo series of herself and a friend going on a hike in a canyon. 1. She Uses Her Toothbrush, On Her Face
Lipa has incredible, healthy skin. This means she has some great skin care secrets. One of them might surprise you. Lipa told Allure that she uses a toothbrush to exfoliate her skin, and it works. “At home, I discovered it after running out of makeup supplies and trying to make do with what I have. Now, I still use it.”
2. She Does Microneedling

Another of Lipa’s skin care secrets that she revealed to Allure is having microneedling done. This is the process of having needles in your face to increase collagen production. Lipa said that while it hurts, it has really helped with her skin. “My skin felt sunburnt for two days but, by the third, I had really good 'baby skin,'" Lipa says. "It lasted for a few days, but then went back to normal."
3. She Goes Makeup Free At Times

While makeup can make you look amazing, it isn’t always the best for your skin. Makeup can clog your pores, and doesn’t always have great ingredients. Lipa says that for this reason, she goes makeup free a lot of the time. "I try not to not wear makeup as much as I can. I need to give my skin a break," she told Allure. "I guess it was always important for me to take my makeup off before bed, but now, it's like to a whole 'nother level."
4. She Loves HIIT Training

Lipa has an incredible body, particularly her seemingly flat stomach. She naturally has to do a lot of intense workouts to keep that body. She says to Vogue that she pushes herself to work hard, and does a lot of HIIT to stay in shape. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest. It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!”
5. She Keeps Her Workouts Interesting

With Lipa’s intense schedule and touring, you’d think she doesn’t have time to workout regularly. That’s where you’d be wrong. Lipa likes to switch up her workouts, and often picks local workouts in the city she’s in. She says to The Urban List, “I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting."
