1. She Does HIIT Training
Lipa tells Vogue that a lot of her fitness routine is made up of HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. She says that this is easy to fit into her busy schedule, and that she is seeing results. "It's high-intensive interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!"
2. She Loves Crunches

With Lipa’s flat stomach, she naturally has to do a lot of ab workouts to maintain it. One of her go-to ab workouts is doing variations of crunches. She says to The Urban List, "I think different variations of crunches, like bicycle crunches, are good.”
3. She Does Leg Raises

Lipa also tells The Urban List that she’s also a fan of doing leg raises to workout her core. However, she does admit that she doesn’t always feel the need to do them. “Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts.”
4. She Planks
Another of Lipa’s go-to ab and core exercises is a plank. Although she admits to The Urban List that she’s not a fan of planks, she still does them because of how effective they are. “Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!”
5. She Switches Up Her Workouts

Lipa tells The Urban List that she loves to try new exercises, especially when she’s traveling and isn’t sure what is available to her. She also says that switching things up prevents her from getting bored with fitness. “I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”
6. She Limits Her Indulgences

Lipa tells The Urban List that while she isn’t super restrictive with her diet, she is careful about when she decides to indulge. She says that she usually indulges on slower days, and avoids temptation on busier ones. “I’m never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat a donut it usually puts me in a food coma!”
7. She Works Out With Others

Lipa admits to Viva NZ that it can be difficult for her to stay motivated, so she likes working out with others to help her stay on track. “I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I’m pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me.”
