Dua Lipa is sharing her most recent swimsuit snaps. The singer, currently in the midst of her Future Nostalgia tour, dumped a bunch of photos on Instagram Monday. In one of them, the Grammy award winning singer flaunts her fabulous figure in a white cutout swimsuit while lounging on a boat. “Recently,” she captioned the series of snaps. 1. Her Diet Is Healthy
One of the main ways Dua stays in such great shape is her healthy approach to eating. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she dished to Urban List. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!" She also cooks her own food. "I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area,” Dua explained in an essay for Refinery29 during the pandemic. "With all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."
2. She Is a Fan of the Workout Buddy System

Dua likes to infuse a little fun into her workouts with the help of her friends.. "My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together," she told Vogue. "It almost feels as though we're all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure."
3. She Does Short But Intense Exercise Sessions

Dua’s workouts are quick but intense. She told Vogue that she does 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest.” And, she doesn’t skip a workout even while on tour. "When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting,” she told Marie Claire about how she gets creative when she is on the road.
4. She Boxes

Dua also blasts calories while getting out her agressions. "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever,” she told BeautyCrew.com.
5. She Does Lots of Crunches

What is the secret to Dua’s incredibly flat abs? Lots of crunches! I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favorite!" she said.
