Lipa loves spending time outside, and has posted several photos and videos of herself exploring new places. Lipa has been seen hiking, by the pool, and enjoying time at the beach.
2. She Does 15 Minute Intervals

Lipa tells Vogue that she tries to workout every day, and she has a secret to doing so with her busy schedule. Lipa says that she does 15 minute intervals of exercise each day, and that this is easy for her to accomplish. "It's high-intensive interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!"
3. She Tests Her Boundaries

When it comes to fitness, Lipa says to Vogue that she likes to test her boundaries, and see how much she can handle. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest,” she says.

It can be difficult to get any exercise in while traveling and touring, let alone to stick to a specific workout. However, Lipa says to Marie Claire that she keeps her options open whenever she travels, and likes to try workouts that are offered locally. “When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."
5. She Does Crunches
Lipa is known for having impressive abs and a flat stomach. Naturally, she does a lot of workouts that target her core and abdominal muscles. She says to The Urban Listthat she does a lot of different types of crunches to workout her core. "I think different variations of crunches, like bicycle crunches, are good.”
