1. She Does Short But Intense Spurts of Exercise
Dua doesn’t spend hours at the gym. The singer explained to Vogue that she does 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest.”
2. She Doesn’t Skip Workouts

Dua makes fitness a priority and refuses to skip workouts, even while on tour. "When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting,” she told Marie Claire about how she gets creative when she is on the road.
3. She Boxes

"I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever,” she told BeautyCrew.com.
4. She Does Lots of Crunches
Dua does a lot of ab work to keep her midsection flat. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favorite!" she said.
5. She Eats Healthy…Most of the Time

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa explained to Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"
6. She Enjoys Cooking

"I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area,” Dua explained in an essay for Refinery29 during the pandemic. "With all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."

Dua is all about making exercise a group activity, even if it is virtual. "My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together," she told Vogue. "It almost feels as though we're all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure."
