1. She Does HIIT Workouts

With Lipa’s busy schedule, she has to find quick, easy workouts to do. Lipa says to Viva that she often does HIIT workouts in the mornings on busy days. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
2. She Loves Working Out With Others

For Lipa, she says that she prefers to work out with company. Lipa tells Viva that she loves to workout with a trainer or go to classes. She says, “I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I’m pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me.”
3. She Focuses on Her Abs

Lipa has flat abs, which she often shows off in public. In order to maintain those abs, she likely does a lot of core workouts. The singer tells Viva that she does a lot of core and ab workouts regularly. “I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!”
4. She Varies Her Workouts

Lipa tells The Urban List that she does a lot of different types of exercises, and it usually depends on what is available. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”
5. She Limits Her Indulgences

Lipa tells The Urban List that she is all about balance when it comes to her diet. However, Lipa admits that she has to limit when she indulges in sweets. “I’m never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat a donut it usually puts me in a food coma!”
