1. She Does HIIT Workouts Every Day
In an interview with Viva NZ, Lipa says that she makes sure to exercise everyday. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day,” she says. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
2. She Makes Sure To Workout When Traveling

It can be difficult to workout on vacation, especially when you are touring. However, Lipa tells Viva that she hits the gym in each city she goes to, which leads to her trying a lot of different exercises. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she says. “When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”
3. She Stays Motivated
Lipa says that she makes sure to stay motivated when it comes to fitness, and that she’s had this mindset since she was young. She says to Viva, “I would always be that person who made a new year’s resolution, get a gym membership and then show up twice in the first week of January and then never go again. Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I’m pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me.”
4. She Boxes

Lipa says that she loves to box, and that it’s become one of her favorite workouts. She says to The Urban List, "I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."
5. She Limits Her Indulgences

Lipa tells The Urban List, that while she does indulge from time to time, she ultimately tries to stay as healthy as possible. “I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can. I’m never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat a donut it usually puts me in a food coma!”
