Singer Dua Lipa is currently touring the world on her Future Nostalgia tour. Despite her busy schedule, she’s still making time for herself. Lipa posted a series of photos and videos on Instagram of some of the activities she’s been doing on tour. These include getting ice cream, seeing friends, and spending a day by the pool. In two of the photos, Lipa posed in a black bathing suit. Lipa captioned the post, “Olive oil ice cream for the win,” referencing the first photo. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Lipa has impressive skin, and she makes sure that she has an intricate skincare routine. She broke down her biggest skincare tips to Stylista, saying, “I’m quite methodical. I wash my make-up off every night with a rosehip cleansing oil by Pai, then use a cream cleanser and apply a probiotic serum and face cream by Esse. In the mornings, I use the cream cleanser again followed by a niacinamide serum from a dermatological brand called Synergy, then moisturiser and SPF.”

2. She Moved To London On Her Own

Lipa has a strong work ethic and she says that this started when she was young. She revealed to Stylista that she moved to London on her own, when she was a teenager. Lipa says that the experience gave her the work ethic and the idea of what it takes to be a singer. “That whole experience shaped me and helped me so much with my confidence,” she says. “It made me realise I had to do everything on my own. My parents were far away and it taught me a lot about what I wanted, what I needed and how hard I had to work to get to where I wanted to be. Being alone helped me not be afraid to get out and talk to people and get into the rooms I wanted to be in.”

3. She’s True To Herself

64th Annual GRAMMY Awards - ArrivalsJeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

Lipa is all about being true to herself, and being proud of the work she’s done. She says that this is one of the reasons that she’s had so much success. “I think it’s about being yourself,” she says to Stylista. “Being proud of the things you put your name to, and making sure that what you put out is coming from you and isn’t for the sake of trying to get on the radio."

4. She Started A Book Club With Her Friends

29th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing PartyDave Benett/Getty Images

Lipa revealed to Stylista that she is an avid reader. However, her busy schedule doesn't always allow her to read, or see her friends. She says that she came up with a solution to these problems. “I recently decided to start a book club with my friends. We weren’t meeting up because we were all busy, so we decided to give ourselves an excuse to have dinner together regularly.”

5. She Does Quick Workouts In The Mornings

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - March 03, 2022Raymond Hall/GC Images

Lipa has a busy schedule, but she still makes time to work out. She tells Marie Claire that her secret to staying in shape is doing a quick workout in the mornings, before she starts her day. “I try and work out as much as I can. It’s such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day. I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”

Dua Lipa appeared last night on Late Show With Stephen Colbert and told the story of how she got the call from Elton John to record their hit single “Cold Heart,” which is a mashup inspired by “Rocket Man” and “Sacrifice,” featuring a vocal from Dua. When the legend rang her up, “I was in my bikini and a cowboy hat,” she said with a laugh. Read on to hear the whole story and see what Lipa was wearing—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Lipa Said Elton Called Her When She Was Wearing a Cowboy Hat and Bikini

“It was kind of funny actually,” said Lipa. “Now, Elton and I we've done a couple things together. I also performed with him for his AIDS foundation, for the Oscars opening. And afterwards we had dinner in LA and then literally a couple days later, I've started writing for my new album. And, I was hanging out by the pool before going to do some writing and all of a sudden my phone rings and it's a FaceTime from Elton and his husband, David—casual." “As you do,” said Colbert. Lipa continued: “I mean, it's not that casual. I don't think it's casual. I was in my bikini and a cowboy hat. But I wouldn't have it any other way. It was perfect. And, they were just like, you know, we have this idea….” Read on....

2. Lipa Said It Was Meant to Be

“We'd love to have you on this song,” they told Lipa. “And immediately I was like, are you joking? I was like, of course, you know, I'd love to. ‘No, no, no, you have to listen to it first….We're gonna send it to you. And then afterwards, you let us know if you wanna do the song.’ And knowing already what I was gonna say. I'm like, absolutely. So I heard the song and it was a remix that PNAU did of "Rocket Man" and "Sacrifice." And immediately, I mean, I couldn't believe it. And it's, it's kind of crazy because I feel like I manifested this in a way.”

3. Lipa Said "Rocket Man" is Her Driving Song

29th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing PartyDave Benett/Getty Images for EJAF

“'Rocket Man' is my driving song. It's my shower song. It's song that I sing along to myself really,” she said. “I like to sing along to it. I love the song I do too. And so when I got asked to sing that part, I was like, okay, this is, it was just meant to be.” “Elton I'm available too,” said Colbert. “I also know the lyrics to 'Rocket Man.'”

4. She Works Out Early in the Morning

How does she stay so fit? She works out early in the morning. “The Department of Health and Human Services recommends that healthy adults include aerobic activity and strength training in their fitness plans, specifically:

  • At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity
  • Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week,” says the Mayo Clinic, which adds: “Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and strengthen your bones and muscles.”

5. She Eats Right, Most of the Time

"I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she told The Urban List. “ I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area — especially as there’s no indoor seating at the moment due to the pandemic. With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she told Refinery29.

Another of Lipa’s favorite exercises is boxing, and she tries to fit it in when she has time. Lipa told BeautyCrew.com, "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."

3. She Experiments With Workouts When She’s On The Road

Even with touring, traveling, and a busy schedule, Lipa always tries to find time to exercise. Lipa says to Marie Claire that when she travels, she likes to change up her workouts and try new things. “When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

4. She Treats Herself

Lipa says that while she tries to eat healthy, she doesn’t deprive herself of a treat once in a while. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told The Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

5. She Focuses Her Core

Lipa is known for her incredible abs, and she told The Urban List that she does a lot of core workouts to maintain them. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!"

6. She Dances During Her Live Performances

Dua Lipa used to get made fun of on social media for her dancing.“There were so many things, especially when you start out, like a video of me dancing and they’re like, ‘Ah well, she has no stage presence’—but they’d never been to one of my shows, they’d never seen me perform. They would take one small snippet and run with it and it would become a whole thing,” she told Attitude. However, when performing songs from her album Future Nostalgia, fans noticed that Lipa’s dancing had improved greatly, and that her choreography had gotten a lot more difficult. Lipa said those nasty comments made her want to work harder and improve her dancing. "It was a tough time. But I’m also so grateful for the experience because I became so much stronger. I became so much more confident after that. Now I know what I’m good at; I know how to be good at what I do; [and] I know how much work it takes to be good at what I do.”

7. She Made A Workout Video To Her Song “Physical”

Dua Lipa’s second single from her album Future Nostalgia is called “Physical.” And she decided to make a workout video for that song, channelling Olivia Newton-John and inspired by ‘80s workout classes. According to a study, high-tempo songs like “Physical” can make working out a lot easier. “We found that listening to high-tempo music while exercising resulted in the highest heart rate and lowest perceived exertion compared with not listening to music," says Professor Luca P. Ardigò of the University of Verona. “This means that the exercise seemed like less effort, but it was more beneficial in terms of enhancing physical fitness.”

1. She Has Makeup Free Days

In late 2016, Lipa revealed some of her beauty secrets in an interview with Allure. She says that having days where she isn’t wearing makeup is important. “Off stage, I try not to not wear makeup as much as I can. I need to give my skin a break. I guess it was always important for me to take my makeup off before bed, but now, it’s like to a whole ‘nother level.

2. She Travels With Skincare Products

Versace FW23 Show - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Lipa does a lot of traveling, and she makes sure to take skincare products with her on the road. “I’m traveling so much, and my skin gets so tired, so anything I can take like eye cream, face cream, face mist, oils—just anything to keep my skin moisturized because flying dries it out. Traveling is the worst for skin, and it shows instantly. Once you’re working non-stop, you can instantly see it.”

3. She Wants To Be A Role Model

Being in the public eye, Lipa has a lot of people looking up to her. She tells Allure that she wants to inspire others. “If you can be a role model doing what you do....For me, my aim is to just be as good as possible. If people do look up to me, I have to set the best example I can. I guess in a way that makes me the best version of me when it’s about someone else as well. Especially for ‘Blow Your Mind’, the whole video is a campaign for niceness. It’s like the girl gang that everyone can be a part of.”

4. She Uses A Toothbrush On Her Skin

Mockup,For,Bathing,Products,Top,View,Flat,Lay,,Spa,Razor,Shutterstock

Lipa tells Allure that she has a unique beauty tip. “I use a toothbrush for loads of different things. Well, I don’t use the same toothbrush for loads of different things. I have a couple. I use a toothbrush on my lips as a lip scrub, occasionally I use a toothbrush with some dark eye shadow on my eye brows if I want to fill them in. And if I want a really thick, textured look with mascara, I put one on my lashes, as well. At home [in London], I discovered it after running out of makeup supplies and trying to make do with what I have. Now, I still use it.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Lipa shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Refinery29. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right. I also love to do yoga, Pilates, or strength training. I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”
