Rose Ayling-Ellis is enjoying a trip home this summer. The British actress looks fabulously fit in her swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts, enjoying a holiday in her hometown, Hythe, Kent. “Home again,” she captioned the series of snaps taken in the seaside town. 1. Dancing Is Her Cardio

Clearly, Rose spent a good amount of time getting her cardio in via dancing. "It's a lot of jumping off the ground, I'm going to be so out of breath!" she told the Guardian about her workout while on the show. Dancing is not only good cardio, but has other short and long-term health benefits, including weight loss, stress reduction, and improved heart and brain health.

2. She Hikes

Rose loves hiking. Her Instagram feed is filled with photo of her adventures. “4,200m high, 26km long, 37,000 step, 10hrs dealing with altitude for the first time and battling against the sand flies. Definitely the toughest walk I’ve ever done,” she captioned this snap. “But I did it for my Granddad, it was his passion and love of hiking that kept me going. Despise knowing how much I dislike hiking growing up!”

3. She Takes Breaks From Her Hearing Aid

Rose regularly wears a hearing aid. However, she revealed in an Instagram Story that she tries to take breaks from wearing them by “Switching my hearing aids off” to help with sleeping and suffering from headaches. She also turns them off when reading books or when she is communicating in British sign language.

Rose enjoys the occasional spirit. “Aperol spritz weather is back,” she captioned an image. "Stay Hydrated,” she captioned another snap of herself holding a glass of wine. “It a very hot day on the beach. I am wearing a black swimming costume with pink framed sunglasses. My hair is blowing in the wind. I'm holding a big wine glass smiling toward the camera.”

5. She Is a Foodie

Rose loves to eat. “Thank you for all your lovely birthday messages,” Rose wrote in an Instagram Story, celebrating her birthday at a restaurant called Gola, which specializes in serving “aphrodisiac food from Puglia.”
