1. She’s Comfortable
Gonzalez opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Shape. She says that she is a lot more comfortable in her body, and that the pandemic helped her reach this place. "I'm getting to that age where I feel confident,” Gonzalez says. “This girl I see in the mirror is who I am, and I've just got to love her. I don't want to judge her. I want to give my body this message consistently that I'm grateful for it so that it keeps itself healthy. Especially in the middle of a pandemic, we realize that our bodies are doing so much to keep us alive. We've got to be grateful to them.”
2. She Weight Trains

Gonzalez makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared some of her favorite workouts in her Shape interview. She says that one thing she likes to do is weight train. “I feel so good when I exercise. I go between three workouts. I do a lot of weight lifting with high weight, low reps — that's something that this Latina butt needs to get toned.”
3. She Does Pilates

Gonzalez tells Shape that she also likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. “I swear by Pilates, and I die by Pilates,” she said. “It works out muscles that I don't work out ever. Like this little one under my boob, between my fourth and sixth left ribs.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.”
4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Gonzalez has amazing skin, and she does a lot of things to keep it healthy. She shared some of her tips in her Shape interview. "When I come home from the day, I clean my face with Éminence Organic Skin Care, an all-natural product. Then I steam my face with this portable Dr. Dennis Gross steamer so my pores get cleaned. When I start breaking out, I use these wipes with salicylic acid that my facialist Vanessa Hernandez makes, VH Method Peel. That's what I do. And I'm diligent about my facials, but I don't do more."
5. She Stays Hydrated
In an interview, Gonzalez said that she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I have to drink water all day, every day! Water has become such a basic life need for me because I travel so much and that dehydrates you a lot. From the change of weather to the plane, everything can be so harsh on you.” The CDC states that drinking water is important. “Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda.”
