1. She Embraces Her Body

Screen Shot 2021-12-23 at 8.28.29 AMEiza Gonzalez/Instagram

Earlier this year, Eiza was featured on the cover of Shape, revealing that she embraces and celebrates her body—cellulite and all. “So happy to share the May issue for Shape,” she captioned a photo of the magazine’s cover on Instagram. “We spoke about how the fat on my hip is my favorite part of my body and why I feel sexier than ever when I see my thighs an" backside "jiggle. Something I never felt in my 20s. A self love journey to womanhood.”

2. Fat Makes Her Feel Sexy

Gonzalez struggled with self-confidence in the past, but now even her jiggles make her feel sexy. "Maybe four years ago, I went on a trip with my then boyfriend and got photographed by paparazzi at the beach. You could see cellulite on my leg in the photos, and I was so embarrassed,” she confessed to Shape. “Now I feel so sexy when I see my cellulite or my" backside — that it's big, with little dimples. I feel so sexy just having a jiggle, or when I sit and my legs create that little fat on the side of my hip. I really do. I feel like a woman, I can move my body, and it makes me feel really empowered, something that I never would have felt in my 20s."

3. She Trains Hard

Gonzalez keeps her body fit with both weight and interval training. "This body needs to be happy by exercising, because I feel so good when I exercise. I go between three workouts,” she said. “I do a lot of weight lifting with high weight, low reps — that's something that this Latina butt needs to get toned. I'm also training for a movie”—this was when she was training for Michael Bay’s Ambulance with Jake Gyllenhaal—“by doing a lot of intervals: cardio mixed with movement.”

4. She Also Does Pilates

“I swear by Pilates, and I die by Pilates,” Eiza told Shape. “It works out muscles that I don't work out ever. Like this little one under my boob, between my fourth and sixth left ribs.”

5. She Has One Cheat Day Per Week

Delicious,Seafood,Shrimps,And,Mussels,Pizza,On,A,Black,WoodenShutterstock

Gonzalez allows herself one cheat day per week. "One day a week, I eat whatever I want. That's my one rule,” she said. “I'll eat brownies. I'll eat pizza. I'll eat all the foods I want to eat because that's what this body needs to be happy.”

6. She Enjoys Cooking

Eiza cooks the food she eats. “This past year, I started finding new recipes and trying to learn how to cook. That really motivated me. I realized that I'm cleaning my system from the inside out, and it really began to show. It was beautiful because I've never felt as healthy as I feel right now,” she admitted.

7. She Keeps Moving

"I like to keep moving every day, not necessarily 'work out' every day, but keep moving," the star told Harper's Bazaar Australia. "It doesn't have to be intense, just getting the body some blood flow and not staying stagnant."

8. She Hydrates

"I have to drink water all day, every day! Water has become such a basic life need for me because I travel so much and that dehydrates you a lot. From the change of weather to the plane, everything can be so harsh on you," she told Harper’s Bazaar.

9. She Is Very Disciplined

"It takes a lot of discipline to wake up every morning two hours before schedule," she told Harper’s Bazaar. "People think it's like a 'super power', and I would love to say it's easy, but it's not that simple. But the reward is incredible because you become your own super hero. You see the possibilities and how far your body can go."

10. She Eats Mostly Plant-Based

Eiza tries to maintain a mostly plant-based diet. "I recently became plant-based as I'm doing a little bit of a switcheroo in my life with food and I've loved it," she told Harper’s Bazaar. "I'm trying not to eat as much sugar. I will say, I am a 'chocolate freak', so it's really hard for me, but I choose one day of the week that I allow myself to indulge.” She also tries to keep sugar, coffee, and alcohol to a minimum. "I'm trying to live a more organic and responsible life, in terms of how I eat. I try not to touch sugar. I'm trying to bring down the levels of coffee that I drink. I love coffee but it's something that's bad for your lymphatic system."

Like this little one under my boob, between my fourth and sixth left ribs.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Gonzalez has amazing skin, and she does a lot of things to keep it healthy. She shared some of her tips in her Shape interview. "When I come home from the day, I clean my face with Éminence Organic Skin Care, an all-natural product. Then I steam my face with this portable Dr. Dennis Gross steamer so my pores get cleaned. When I start breaking out, I use these wipes with salicylic acid that my facialist Vanessa Hernandez makes, VH Method Peel. That's what I do. And I'm diligent about my facials, but I don't do more."

5. She Stays Hydrated

In an interview, Gonzalez said that she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I have to drink water all day, every day! Water has become such a basic life need for me because I travel so much and that dehydrates you a lot. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda.”

In a BravoTV.com interview, Eva detailed her diet, starting with her first drink of the day. "I don’t eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it’s coffee. There’s creamer in there, there’s extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee." According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

2. She Eats a Steak Lunch

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,27:,Eva,Marcille,{object},Arrives,ForShutterstock

While Eva doesn’t eat in the morning, lunch is her main meal. “Lunch looks like the average person’s Thanksgiving dinner. That’s usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there’s some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch."

3. She Snacks on Subs

For her “post-lunch, pre-dinner meal,” Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from “crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

4. She Drinks Wine

A,Glass,Of,Rose,Wine,Served,With,Cheese,Plate,,BlackberriesShutterstock

Before bed, “I do have a glass of wine," Eva admits. "Glasses. I don't like to waste wine. If I open you, I'm drinking you."

5. She Hydrates and Takes CBD Oil

Between meals, Eva takes her cEVAd CBD oil and hydrates, all of which contribute to her physique. "Between my CBD oil, my water, and all of my meals, that's how I stay snatched!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
