When a fan asked her about it on her Instagram story, she gave her tips to achieving self-love. “Look in the mirror and really appreciate every detail about yourself. There is only one of you in this entire universe. How amazing is that. Never compare yourself to anyone. Also no-one’s perfect! Perfect doesn’t exist, I promise you! Forget what anyone thinks of you. Be you. Even if you have [a] quirky side. Embrace it. Life is too short. You’re here once and never again. You are unique and beautiful.”

Cülcüloğlu is in a very public relationship, which can be difficult. However, she tells OK! Magazine that she and her boyfriend have a lot of trust and security with their relationship. "One thing I've learnt in this relationship, you have to trust your boyfriend or girlfriend because in the public eye, it's not easy," she said. "Especially when people will make rumours or say things, or they see things, or things could look different from a picture. You just have to communicate with your partner, trust your partner and keep your relationship private."

She says that she read books about this to help her. “I took the opportunity to read books about self growth, psychology, the human brain. Why we feel sad, why we overthink. I really got into it, like it was my job.”
