She Loves To Dance
Lamborghini is a born performer and loves to dance. "Dancing can give you more than traditional cardio," Fabio Comana, an exercise physiologist and education team member for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, told HuffPost. "If exercise is not an enjoyable experience, we're not going to do it. People think, 'I'm not exercising, I'm dancing'. But at the end of the day, you're moving and you're burning calories. It's just as good as a cardio class."
She Doesn't Drink Alcohol
Lamborghini doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. "If I go to a nightclub and get tired, I prefer to drink water. And I don't need it because I prefer to know what I'm doing, all the time," she says. "I see a lot of people who are stupid when they drink but I don't mind."
She Loves Potatoes
No low-carb diets for Lamborghini—she loves potatoes. "Potatoes contain vitamins, minerals, and fiber," says Adrienne Posner, MS, RDN. "They're rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. Potatoes were a life-saving food source in early times because the vitamin C prevented scurvy. Another major nutrient in potatoes is potassium, an electrolyte which aids in the workings of our heart, muscles, and nervous system. Potato skin contains fiber, which is important for digestive health."
Proud Of Her Curves
Lamborghini is proud of her curvy figure. "On the Internet you see a lot of things that are not true, a lot of Photoshop, a lot of filters, so you have to stay in reality. I'm a proud curvy girl and I want to portray this image," she says. "I want people to know that Instagram, and its filters, and all these other platforms are not real. You have to eat and have chocolate and enjoy life. "
She Rides Horses
Lamborghini is passionate about horseback riding. "We all know riding horses is good exercise," says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories. If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."
