1. She Makes Juices
Canalis revealed some of her wellness secrets to Grazia. She says that she drinks a lot of veggie and fruit juices, since she doesn’t always like eating them. “I don't like vegetables in general and I have always struggled to eat them, so I save myself with centrifuged. I like vegetable and citrus juices and they do very well.”
2. She Exercises A Lot
Canalis says that she doesn’t really diet, or wants to give up her favorite indulgences. She tells Grazia that she decides to focus on exercising regularly instead. “I am not able to diet, so I do a lot of sports, so I don't have to give up sweets and chocolate!”
3. She Likes Organic Food

Canalis revealed some of her favorite healthy options to Grazia. She says that she likes to eat organic food. “I use coconut oil and eat a lot of red meat, but it absolutely has to be organic and hormone-free. Sometimes, in the middle of the afternoon, I eat an apple.”
4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Canalis has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her secrets to Grazia. “I use the scrub three times a week after removing my make-up. Then I pass an astringent toner and finally a night cream. Every morning, before makeup, I put on a 30 cap. In California, the sun is strong all year round and I see many women with sun-stained skin.”
5. She Loves Pilates

One of Canalis’ favorite exercises to do is Pilates. However, she admits to Fit Bump that she wasn’t always a fan. “I started to do Pilates. I had never done Pilates before. I found a very good place here in Los Angeles. I tried Pilates before and thought it was boring. The most important thing is to find a good school, a good teacher who motivates you.”
