Strong vs. Skinny

Eyre focuses on strength over appearance. "I like spinning classes and weight-based workouts," she says. "I'm definitely on that 'strong not skinny' vibe. It just makes me feel good. I'm not about losing weight when I go to the gym, it's more about releasing tension."

She Enjoys Cooking

Eyre has taught herself to cook over the years, and enjoys the process. "I'm quite good at coconut and lime green curry, with prawns or chicken," she says. "I used to cook it with brown rice but I have it with greens now. I'm really into courgettes at the moment. I love salmon. I eat salmon at least once a day. I've had it twice so far today. I love to marinade salmon overnight. I've got tray-loads of it, I just pop it in the oven, have an egg on top if it's breakfast, some quinoa if it's lunch."

She Loves Her Curves

Eyre embraces her curvy figure. "I'm more into fabrics than labels; I'm not a fan of cheap materials," she says. "I'm also quite aware of my body shape. I wouldn't say I've got model-like long legs – I'm curvaceous, which is perfectly fine. So it's a question of accentuating certain features."

4

Short But Sweet Workouts

Eyre says she likes to keep her workouts short but effective. "I don't really like to spend too much time in the gym, (although I do love the gym), but I like to keep it short and sweet. 4 HIIT sessions a week lasting 45 mins, and that's me done, or spinning," she says.

5

Skincare Is Key

Eyre takes care of her skin and tries not to clog it with too many products. "I try to do this, but don't succeed all of the time(!) – to take your makeup off before bed," she says. "If you don't do it, you'll regret it. My skin really suffers if I don't and then it takes ages to get it back to the way it was."
