1. She Works Out To Release Stress
When Eyre works out, her goal isn’t to lose weight. She tells HELLO! Magazine that she likes workouts that help her release stress. "I like spinning classes and weight-based workouts. I'm definitely on that 'strong not skinny' vibe. It just makes me feel good. I'm not about losing weight when I go to the gym, it's more about releasing tension."

Eyre tells The Line Of Best Fit that she is a lot more confident with herself than she was when she was younger. "I think all girls are naturally very insecure about their body shape and what people think of them,” she says. “If I'd have gone straight into the industry with that frame of mind, I wouldn't have lasted that long. I'm not saying I know everything now - I have a long way to go - but it's refreshing to look back and see how much has changed."

I enjoy working out but I make sure I can do as much as I can in a week, it depends on my schedule. It could be as little as twice or as much as seven times a week. It really depends on how early and late I'm going to bed, and also I watch what I eat but not that much.”
