1. She Makes A Drink With Powder In The Morning
Macpherson has her own wellness company, WellCo, and she uses the products in her daily life. She revealed to BeautyCrew that she starts her day by making a drink with one of her supplement powders. “I make myself a SUPER ELIXIR Greens. I find it essential for wellness from within. It helps my sense of vitality, strengthens the immune system, supports the digestive system and gives my skin a healthy glow, plus it seems to curb any sugar cravings, so my moods are more stable, and my diet is more balanced.”
2. She Meditates

Macpherson tells BeautyCrew that she likes to practice meditation each morning. “I am usually up with the sun and like to wake and practice some breathing and mediation. It’s a routine that helps balance me from the start of the day. (I aim to not touch my phone).”

Macpherson has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her habits to BeautyCrew. “I am obsessed with dry brushing and exfoliating. Macpherson tells BeautyCrew that she likes to make vegetable juices to take with her on the road. “After breakfast, I head to my office, usually with 32oz of homemade green vegetable juice including kale, cucumber, turmeric, garlic, lemon, ginger, live sprouts, and Romaine lettuce,” she says. “I rotate the base of the juice every day between cucumber, celery, spinach and squash. It means I get a variety of nutrients and less chance of my body forming allergies.”
5. She Uses Beauty Products That Help Her Skin

Macpherson revealed her favorite beauty products and tips to Vogue. She says that she uses products that benefit her skin. “My beauty routine is really a wellness routine disguised as a beauty routine,” she explains. “I truly believe that when you’re well within it shows on your skin.”
