Elle Macpherson is practicing mindfulness in her swimsuit! The Australian supermodel shows off her forever young figure in a tiny bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “When comes to mindfulness... I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day,” she starts the Instagram video, promoting her latest interview with Body + Soul. How does the 58-year-old take care of her body and mind? Read on to see 8 ways Elle Macpherson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This Is Her Morning Routine

Elle detailed her morning routine to Body + Soul, which involves hydration, exercise, and ice cold water. “I like to start my day in the way I intend for it to flow. I’m usually up with the sun and the first thing I do is hydrate with filtered water and lime. I’ll then get outside and put my feet on the earth to ground. I do some yoga in the morning sun, or Zach Bush’s 4 Minute Workout to stimulate nitric oxide. Sometimes I’ll go for a cold plunge afterwards followed by a matcha in the sunshine before getting ready for my day,” she said.

2. She Drinks an Elixir

After Elle has “broken” her fast, she focuses on her digestive system. “I make myself The Super Elixir™. I’m loving the unflavoured right now. I find it essential for wellness from within — it helps my sense of vitality, strengthens the immune system, supports the digestive system and gives my skin a healthy glow. I’ve found that it also seems to curb any sugar cravings so my moods are stable and it’s easier to balance,” she said.

3. She Takes Lots of Supplements

Since Elle has her own supplement line, it isn’t surprising she loads up on them. “I rely heavily on my daily wellness protocol to feel vital and be at my best. I take WelleCo’s The Super Elixir, Nourishing Protein and Sleep Welle Calming Tea, as well as ION Gut Support on a daily basis. I’m also a big fan of The Collagen Elixir for its ability to support glowing skin, strong nails, thick hair and healthy body – I’ll add that to my morning smoothie. Lately, with our collection expanding more and more, I often add The Immune Elixir (always two capsules daily with food) or The Calm Elixir (again two capsules daily with food) to the mix depending on my daily demands and inner state,” she said.

4. She Eats Plant-Based Meals

Elle maintains a plant-based diet. “Being plant-based, I prefer meals made at home with love, with those I love. All my groceries are locally grown and organic, handpicked from the Saturday farmer’s market. A normal meal might look like Dr Sara Siso’s miso mushroom soup recipe with Japanese sweet potato. So very delicious – the more interesting the mushrooms, the better!” she told the publication.

5. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Photocall - Dior Presents "Crucero Collection" Fashion Show in SevilleCarlos Alvarez/Getty Images

Elle spends a lot of time on self-care. “I’m a big believer in energy healing, so I’ll take regular appointments for acupuncture, chiropractic, breath work and sound healing among others. I’ve just discovered the Russian Banyas, an ancient tradition of steam sauna including flaying with dry tree or herb branches called veniks,” she said.

6. She Meditates

Dior : Photocall - Paris Fashion Week - Womenswear F/W 2022-2023Stephane Cardinale - Corbis/Corbis via Getty Images

“I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day with breath practice and meditation,” Elle explained to Body + Soul. “My daily practice includes meditating in the morning for around 25 minutes - either guided, or in silence. I try to live my life in a perpetual flow of meditative connection rather than just at specified times.”

7. She Exercises in Nature

Elle prefers outdoor exercise to gyms. “I love being outside and connecting to nature. I choose activities where I am outside, close to nature as much as possible — hiking, biking, swimming or simply sitting in the fresh air and sunshine. I don't have a set schedule - I go with the flow, but I go,” she explained.

8. This Is Her Nighttime Routine

Elle usually works late and then takes time to unwind. “I’ll have a sauna and a Sleep Welle Calming Tea. I’ll also do a gratitude list and read a book to switch off. Always something non-fiction [by someone like] Michael A Singer or Charles Eisenstein,” she told Body + Soul. “I wear blue light blocker glasses (my favourites are Tom Ford) to protect my eyes from exposure to blue light and I use my devices minimally once the sun goes down,” she added. Another night time rule? “I try not to eat after 8pm.”

Kat McNamara is one of the busiest young actresses right now. She’s made appearances on TV series like Shadowhunters, Arrow, and The Stand. She recently did a swimsuit photoshoot on the beach. McNamara shared a photo and video from the shoot on her Instagram. In it, she posed on the rocks and by the water in different outfits. She captioned the post, “Life’s a beach. Make a splash.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kat McNamara stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Chooses Skincare Products Carefully

The Creative Coalition Humanitarian AwardsMichael Buckner/Variety/Penske Media via Getty Images

McNamara shared some of her favorite skincare products and tips with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she is particular about what products she chooses. "With my sensitive skin, I have to find a way to cut through all of the makeup products, while still not being too harsh on my skin,” McNamara explains. She cites a face wash from Chanel as a favorite products. “This has a way of moisturizing and cleansing simultaneously, where it leaves your skin with the perfect level of cleanliness.”

2. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Annette Los Angeles PremiereMichael Buckner/Variety/Penske Media via Getty Images

McNamara tells Harper’s Bazaar that she makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. “I have experimented a lot with moisturizers over the years, with my skin changing as the years go by,” she says. McNamara says that her favorite moisturizer is a jelly from Clinique. “And this is potentially my favorite moisturizer I have ever had. It's so hydrating for your skin, but it doesn't leave behind an oily residue that other moisturizers can leave behind.”

3. She Reset Her Life

The,Reset,Button,On,The,Aluminum,Panel.,Male,FingerShutterstock

McNamara opened up about the effect the pandemic had on her in a 2021 interview with Byrdie. “This pandemic has been sort of the best and biggest change that I've had in a long time. It has a silver lining in that it's caused me to slow down a little bit. I'm never a person that slows down. I love my job and I'm a huge workaholic, so I never stop moving. And if there's anything I've learned this year it's that sometimes it's good to take a brief pause and just reset and learn. And that's been the biggest positive.”

4. She Works Out Regularly

McNamara tells Byrdie that she works out on a regular basis. “Fitness is a huge part of my life,” she says. “So obviously not being able to go to the gym or spin class or boxing training—which are the things that I would normally do—I've been hiking and trail running and exploring ways in mu house and outside that I can still stay active and still feel good mentally and physically.”

5. She Makes Time For Herself

McNamara always makes time for herself. “I take an hour or two every day and that's my time to do something good for my body,” she revealed to Byrdie. “I disconnect, throw on a podcast, and just take a minute to decompress. And that's my favorite time of day. I get up really early in the morning and usually get it done before the day starts. Sometimes I'll only get time to run for 10 minutes—but even if I do that, it just wakes me up, shakes the cobwebs out, and I'm able to start my day with a fresh perspective.”

Brooke Shields has been a pop culture icon since the ‘70s, when at 12 years old, she starred in Pretty Baby. She then went on to have a successful modeling career, modeling for Calvin Klein in particular. Shields still looks amazing, as you can see from her recent Instagram post. Shields went on a vacation to Turks and Caicos with her family, and shared some highlights. In them, she enjoyed time by the water, and wore a white bathing suit. She captioned the post, “Fun in the sun.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Embraces Aging

2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Shields is all about embracing her body, especially as she gets older. She opened up about this to People. "I think once you're looking at something as ‘anti’ [and] once you're looking at something as negating it, I think we even need to change that," she says. "I think we need to say 'You know what, I don't call these wrinkles [but] I call them laugh lines.' Yes, my body [and] my skin is different at 57 than it was in my 20s, but that's not what I'm coveting. I'm not trying to grow younger, I'm trying to grow better and more confident."

2. She’s All About Self-Care

TIME's 2nd Annual Women Of The Year GalaRodin Eckenroth/FilmMagic

Shields has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time for herself. She tells People that she is all about self-care and relaxation. Shields also says that she has learned that self-care is something that is important, rather than a selfish act. "I'm just more and more aware of what a privilege it is to be able to exercise self-care,” she says. “And have it be a form of wellness rather than vanity.”

3. She Wants To Set A Good Example

Shields is all about being a role model. Especially for her two daughters. She tells People that she wants to show her daughters, and other young women, that they should support each other. "You're dealing with kids, these teenage girls, who [think] it's all about competition,” Shields explains. “There's so much fear and there's jealousy and I don't want that to be what sets the precedent for their life. "I feel the most empowered when I'm around like-minded women and we're talking about what we're excited about in the future. That's what it means to be a woman — we celebrate one another."

4. She Meditates

Variety Sundance Studio, Presented by Audible - Day 2John Salangsang/Getty Images

Shields opened up about her wellness routine during the pandemic to InStyle. She says that she struggled with her wellness at first, and that she decided to change things. Shields says that she decided to start meditating. “I signed up for a livestreaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook. My family made fun of me, saying, ‘Oh, Mom is going to get all Zen now.’ When it came on, one of the questions Chopra asked was: ‘What do you want for yourself, for life, and for the world?’ And I thought, ‘I just want the absence of fear. Because every time I start spinning out of control, it comes from fear.’ So much of what we are experiencing is fear — fear of the unknown — and it's debilitating. The meditation was maybe 45 minutes long, but it felt like 10.”

5. She Works Out At Home

Shields tells InStyle that she makes sure to work out at home. She says that she likes to use household items to help her stay in shape. “I'm thankful that I'm even capable of working out. I have a trainer who says if you're stuck at home, you have to get creative. You can do biceps with cans of tomatoes. I have these elastic bands, and if you spend 10 minutes doing squats or side steps with those, you're sweating!”

You know that end of day feeling on a vacation, when the sun’s going down and everything feels just right? Elle Macpherson captured that in a series of photos, in which she’s sitting—well, standing—on the dock of the bay (or some beautiful body of water), watching the sun go down. She even quoted the lyrics to “(Sittin’ on) the Dock of a Bay” in a caption. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see 7 ways Elle Macpherson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Enjoys a Plant-Based Diet

Screen Shot 2021-12-31 at 7.35.17 AMElla MacPherson/Instagram

Elle follows an alkaline diet, rich in veggies. “I really enjoy a plant-based diet, I love vegetables,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “If I’m really in my groove, I love a raw, plant-based diet,” she added to New Beauty. “That’s how I feel best. I eat grains, nuts, seeds, beans, vegetables, almond milk, hemp milk, chia seeds. I make my own granola in a dehydrator. Avocado, salads, juicing—you know, beautiful, whole, natural foods. As far as animal products are concerned, I’ll have a poached egg every now and then, some Parmesan cheese and goat cheese, but they’re not staples of my diet.”

2. How to Maintain Your Plant-Based Diet

Healthy,Food,For,Breakfast.,Oatmeal,With,Fresh,Berries,And,Honey.Shutterstock

“Make a weekly meal plan, then shop,” advises the Mayo Clinic. “Your plan should include incremental change. If you eat only, say, a vegetable with dinner, begin by adding a second serving — how about fruit with breakfast? Once you've established that routine, add a third serving, maybe a salad at lunch. If you make the plan, you're more likely to stick to it.” Also: “Get creative with prep. Steam, broil, roast, blend, saute: It's chef's choice here. So mix up a smoothie, simmer some soup or toss a salad — it all counts.” And: “Use the stealth approach. Sneak extra veggies into salads, soups and casseroles; add berries and other fruit to whole-grain breakfast cereals, salads and snacks. You'll improve your health and you won't even know it.”

3. She Sets Her Intentions in the Morning

“"I wake at 5.00am and lie in bed for about 10 minutes before getting ready for my morning routine. It sets me up for the day and is non-negotiable. I know it makes me feel great so I stick to it. I set my intentions for the day and try to understand how I am feeling in my body and mind. I put my hands on my chest and feel my breathing and think about what I want to accomplish today. Sometimes it might be a tangible thing like running through my to-do list, or something self-nurturing like meditation,” she tells Marie Claire.

4. Meditation is Good for Her

In goop Health Summit New York 2019Bryan Bedder/Getty Images for goop

“Meditation may offer many benefits, such as helping with concentration, relaxation, inner peace, stress reduction and fatigue,” reports the Mayo Clinic. “Research has found that meditation may help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. When combined with conventional medicine, meditation may improve physical health. For example, some research suggests meditation can help manage symptoms of conditions such as insomnia, heart disease, pain, cancer and digestive problems.”

5. She Exercises This Way

2019 American Australian Arts AwardsNoam Galai/Getty Images

“Now in my 50s, I don't over-work in the gym. I now listen to what my body needs. I do an hour of exercise I really enjoy every day. It might be paddle boarding, hiking or even waterskiing. At the moment, I'm really into boxing or taking spin classes with girlfriends,” she told Marie Claire.

6. She Runs

Mon Cheri Barbara DaySven Hoppe/picture alliance via Getty Images

When in NYC, Macpherson runs around the Reservoir in Central Park. One study “showed participants had improvements in overall cardiovascular health but particularly related to the stiffness of the aortic vessel. This is important because as people age, the body's vessels become stiffer. This can be detrimental to your health since with stiff vessels your body has to work harder to pump blood,” reports the Mayo Clinic.

7. She Prioritizes Wellness

Wellness is Elle’s priority year-round. “I believe in maintenance, I’m not a big binge and purge person,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I think it’s really important to maintain wellness year-round. Not because it looks good but it actually feels good – which is really important when you’re running a business and you’ve got kids and a full life. It’s easy – I just make good choices and I enjoy the choices that I make.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
