Get Enough Sleep
Elsa prioritizes getting beauty sleep. "I'm usually good with six or seven hours. I get 6 most of the time, but sometimes I sleep, like, 13 hours. Sleep is so important. I think more important than we know. When I haven't slept, I'm not myself. I'm not as easy-going," she explained to The Cut.
Don't Restrict Yourself Too Much
While Elsa eats healthy, you won't find her on a strict diet. "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything. I just tried to stay away from processed food," she dished to ELLE.
Eat Lots of Plants
"I try to eat healthy and a plant-based diet," Elsa told Coveteur. "I watched the documentary What the Health, and it affected me a lot. I was like, 'OK, I have to change how I eat.' In Sweden we eat a lot of dairy, cheese, and eggs, so I've cut that out for the past 5 weeks and I'm seeing a big improvement in my skin and in my belly. And I feel much better. It makes you realize there's definitely something to it."
Maintain Variety with Exercise
"I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer. I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored," Hosk revealed to Marie Claire.
Do Cardio and Strength Training
Hosk loves to hit the pavement"I just started running," she told Coveteur. "I don't time it; I don't put any pressure on myself, I just go the pace I want. I think that's a really beautiful way to feel yourself and feel your body and see the city." She also pumps iron. "On the runway you're wearing really heavy wings and really high heels, so you need really strong legs so you don't fall," she told Coveteur.
