She Does Squats
Hosk broke down her diet and health secrets to Pedestrian. She says that she isn't afraid of having a cheat day once in a while. "When you work out as much as we do, you'd be crazy not to have a cheat day. I have to for my sanity. I'm not one to obsess over anything because once I start doing that, all I want is like pizza. The more I chill, the easier it is. I'm balanced. If I wanna eat pizza, I'll eat pizza. If I wanna have a burger, I'll do that."
Hosk revealed some of her favorite workouts to Pedestrian. She revealed her go to lower-body exercise. "I like to do some squats. You can do them everywhere, especially if you only have a few minutes." Those squats are clearly paying off, since she's got amazing legs.
She Loves to Get Her Heart Pumping
Hosk tells Pedestrian what her favorite cardio exercise is. Hosk says that she is an avid runner. "I've been running a lot, which is one of my favorite things to do because it really clears my head and is very meditative." "Physical activity may help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Although this function is often referred to as a runner's high, any aerobic activity, such as a rousing game of tennis or a nature hike, can contribute to this same feeling," says the Mayo Clinic.
She Eats Healthy
Hosk says that she eats pretty healthy. She revealed some of her staples in her Pedestrian interview. "I try to eat healthy and nourishing foods that give me strength and energy. My diet includes vitamin-packed fruit and vegetables, rich and fibrous grains and digestible plant-based proteins."
She Works Out At Night
Hosk makes time to workout, even if it's late. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing a late night session at the gym. She captioned the post, "Double hours in the gym. Thankful for Dog Pound making 9pm training sessions really fun."
