"When you work out as much as we do, you'd be crazy not to have a cheat day. I have to for my sanity. I'm not one to obsess over anything because once I start doing that, all I want is like pizza. The more I chill, the easier it is. I'm balanced. If I wanna eat pizza, I'll eat pizza. If I wanna have a burger, I'll do that."

Hosk tells Pedestrian what her favorite cardio exercise is. Hosk says that she is an avid runner. "I've been running a lot, which is one of my favorite things to do because it really clears my head and is very meditative." "Physical activity may help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Although this function is often referred to as a runner's high, any aerobic activity, such as a rousing game of tennis or a nature hike, can contribute to this same feeling," says the Mayo Clinic.
