She Combines Workouts
Hosk tells Marie Claire that one of her go-to workouts is boxing. She says that she likes to combine her boxing workouts with an opposite workout, which will help balance her out. "Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, Pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer," she explains.
She Switches It Up
Hosk says to Marie Claire that she doesn't just switch up her workouts for balance. She also says that she does this to keep herself excited and motivated. "I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored."
Hosk is a big fan of running, however, she says that she doesn't do it to workout. She tells Coveteur that she doesn't put a lot of pressure on herself when she runs, she just enjoys her time outside. "I don't time it; I don't put any pressure on myself, I just go the pace I want. I think that's a really beautiful way to feel yourself and feel your body and see the city."
She Doesn't Diet
Despite being a model, Hosk says that she doesn't like to go on diets. Especially if they are super restrictive and have a ton of rules. "I am really bad at being on a diet," she tells Elle. "As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything."
She Doesn't Snack
While Hosk doesn't like to diet or be super restrictive, she does avoid falling into certain habits, particularly snacking too much. She tells StyleCaster, "I don't usually snack at all. I have main meals, and I make sure I eat a lot so I survive to the next meal."
