1. She Manages Her Hormones
Hosk opened up about her skincare routine to Glamour. She revealed that she doesn’t have naturally amazing skin. So, she has to do things that manage her hormones, which help her skin. “I've always struggled with cystic acne. It's your hormones at the end of the day [dictating how your skin looks]. And it's why I try to focus on treating it from the inside, with the foods I eat and how I manage stress, more than anything else. But I'm still struggling with it.”
2. She Has A Simpler Skin Care Routine
Hosk welcomed her first child in 2021. She tells Glamour that becoming a mom has made her make a lot of changes to her lifestyle, including her skincare routine. “I'm so much more of a minimalist now because I don't have time to do a 10-step skin-care routine,” Hosk says. “It just has to be what works, what's fast, what's efficient, what looks good, and what's actually good for me, my baby, and the planet.”
3. She Does Natural Procedures

Hosk grew up in Sweden. She says that her upbringing has driven her to do natural skincare procedures. “Swedish people's outlook on skin care and beauty is really something that I admire because it really is about less is more, and very natural,” she tells Glamour. “In the summers we do the sauna and the cold plunge. I love that. It's all about living in nature and that is just the best for the body and the skin.”
4. She Uses Facial Oils

Hosk revealed some of her favorite skincare products to Glamour. She says that she likes to use facial oils. “I started using Mutha Face Oil during my pregnancy. The ingredients are so nice. I put a few drops on my face when I go on a plane. And I feel like it just locked in the moisture and it's really nice as a later step in my routine.”
5. She Loves Juices
Hosk revealed some of her wellness secrets to StyleCaster. She says that she loves to have juices throughout the day. “I love all the juice shops around the city. Love Juice Press; they have so many great smoothies and green smoothies.
