Osment worked with Michael Douglas on The Kominsky Method. She talked about the lessons he had taught her while filming. Osment says that she learned how to be relaxed when shooting a scene. In this relaxation technique, you use both visual imagery and body awareness to reduce stress. You repeat words or suggestions in your mind that may help you relax and reduce muscle tension.
