3. She Indulges Once In A While
Ratajkowski believes in a balanced diet, and that includes indulgences. "I think it's good to indulge occasionally," she said to Elle. Ratajkowski says she prefers her workouts to be slower paced, “I am not a big gym person.”
5. She Takes Classes and Loves Zumba
When Ratajkowski does go to the gym, she enjoys taking fitness classes. “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” says Ratajkowski to InStyle.com. Ratajkowski is a partner of STRONG by Zumba and loves it. “You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”
