She Keeps Her Lunches Light

Ratajkowski tells Harper's Bazaar that while she eats pastries for breakfast, she tends to eat a light healthier lunch. "Lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich," she says. "If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well behaved with that stuff. It's easy to go crazy—they know how to feed you."

Ratajkowski tells Elle that she is a huge home cook. "I cook a lot, so that really helps," she said. "You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body." Ratajkowski tries to keep her meals as balanced as possible. "I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy," said Ratajkowski.

She Indulges Once In A While

Ratajkowski believes in a balanced diet, and that includes indulgences. "I think it's good to indulge occasionally," she said to Elle. "I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break."

She Loves To Get Outside

Ratajkowski's fitness routines usually involve her going outside.  "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in L.A. and I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week," she told Elle. Ratajkowski says she prefers her workouts to be slower paced, "I am not a big gym person."

She Takes Classes and Loves Zumba

When Ratajkowski does go to the gym, she enjoys taking fitness classes.  "I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me," says Ratajkowski to InStyle.com. Ratajkowski is a partner of STRONG by Zumba and loves it. "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."
