One in a yellow bikini, the other in an all black outfit. Ratajkowski is known for her slender frame, so you would think that she would eat healthy all the time. However, she admits to ELLE, that she indulges a lot, and thinks that this is important in a healthy lifestyle. "I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes," she says. "Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is really important to give yourself a break."
TikTok star Addison Rae, like many, is starting the new year off with trying to be healthier. She tells Stylecaster, that she's trying to do a little bit of exercise each day. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn't entail a crazy workout every day, but it's 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that's what's been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind."

In addition to pool days, Hudgens says that she loves to do fun physical activities with her friends. She tells Shape that her friend group would have virtual workout sessions during lockdowns. "During the pandemic, when everything was paused, I created a little community. I'd get my friends together over Zoom and we would do Issac Boots' live workout classes."
