Ratajkowski says that she doesn't over-indulge in unhealthy food, even when temptation surrounds her. "If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well-behaved with that stuff," she says to Harper's Bazaar. "It's easy to go crazy."
She Loves To Cook
Ratajakowski says that she loves to cook a lot of her meals. She credits this with helping her stay in shape and eat healthy. "I cook a lot, so that really helps: You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body," she said to Elle.

"I don't have a trainer, and I don't really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That's about it."

While Ratajkowski likes to eat salads, she says that she makes sure to eat a lot of protein and iron. She told Elle "I really like to eat meat. I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will often find eating a plain salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy."
