Chamberlain opened up about her mental health struggles to Vogue, including how she deals with burnout. She admits that she used to push herself to keep working and making content, even when she felt burned out, but is now taking time for herself. "When I'm feeling burnt out, I know that the best thing I can do is do nothing and wait for it to pass and it always does. Chamberlain revealed some of her favorite things to do to help her get over stress, and she has a lot of activities. "Any form of exercise really helps me clear my mind. Also cooking! I love cooking, it's very therapeutic."
