1. She Takes Baths

Despite her life being incredibly busy, Emma prioritizes self-care. One of her go-to ways to relax, unwind, and engage in some much-needed self-care? Taking a long, hot soak and putting on a podcast. "I love filling my tub, putting a face mask on and listening to podcasts about other female entrepreneurs," she told E!.

2. She Eats a Plant-Based Diet

Emma is a vegan. She is so passionate about plant-based eating that she has her own vegan food company. "I am a huge food lover and I grew up in the food industry, so in 2018 I started my own food company, Emma Leigh & Co. I produce vegan and vegetarian frozen healthy food, including my famous empanadas that I absolutely cannot live without! My food products can be purchased on QVC, in different grocery stores and are coming to Costco soon!" she told E!.

3. She Hydrates

Emma prioritizes hydration. "I have a busy life and I drink a lot of water throughout the day,” she told E! Instead of drinking plain water, she adds some fulvic acid drops to it. “My fave water is Blk. Water. I also carry Blk. Drops in my purse so I can add it to my to coffee and smoothies to make sure I get all the minerals I need,” she said. The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine suggests that men drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters).

4. Take a Hike

Emma loves hiking. “Getting outside is so good for the body and the mind,” she told Women’s Health, revealing that she hikes 5 miles per day. “And you’re getting that nice little glute workout.” Per National Parks Service,“Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between.” Going on regular hikes help build stronger muscles and bones, improves your sense of balance, improves your heart health, and decreases the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

5. She Does Pilates and Yoga

Emma is also a fan of yoga and pilates. Research has found that pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. And, the American Osteopathic Association reveals that nearly all the 100 different types, or schools, of yoga include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures (sometimes called asana or poses) that stretch and flex various muscle groups.“The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome,” Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California, explained to them. “Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.”

6. She Cooks Her Own Meals
