She opened up about this approach in an interview with Fightful Wrestling. “Obviously I'm still kind of trying to live my life to the fullest,” she says. “Anyone that follows me knows I love to travel, and I love my food, the adventures and being outdoors, and those things just make me happy and make me energetic and better as a person. So those things I always try to do.”

2. She Cooks

Dashwood likes to cook. She shared some of her favorite meals to make in an interview with Chris Van Vilet. “I love making breakfast. It's not hard to cook obviously, but I love making breakfast. But the thing is, I live by myself, so I don't really cook because I'll make all this food I want to eat and then I'm like, ‘oh, I don't wanna, I shouldn't be eating that.’ It's gonna be yummy food. I mean, I cook healthy food all the time, like chicken breasts and rice and veggies and boring food. But it's boring. So it's better when like, as a group's function or something, or like a family thing and we can all get together and cook together. I love doing that.

And she makes it a priority, even while traveling. “It was always a priority to put my health obviously first,” she says in an interview with Conversations with Cabral. “And try to find a local gym or, and try to eat the right things while we're traveling. It's so hard to find good things to eat, especially when you're doing late night drives or on planes all the time.”

How beautiful is that!?” She also posted this hiking video, captioning it, “Happy place. What do you think?”

5. She Rock Climbs

Another outdoor activity Dashwood likes to do is rock climb. She posted this video on Instagram of herself going up a mountain. She captioned the post, “Severe case of the Elvis leg shake 10ft up, but I’m too stubborn to give up. Would you try it?”

1. She Starts Her Day With Coffee

“The first thing I do when I wake up is check the time.” She doesn’t set any alarms. “And then it’s coffee time. I go straight downstairs to either make my coffee or get coffee with someone,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. (She has her own brand, Chamberlain Coffee.) Her go-to at home is a latte with two shots of espresso, vanilla almond milk and vanilla nut pod creamer. When she goes out: cold brew and almond milk. "Caffeine is particularly helpful for those who work out. Caffeine found in coffee has been shown to increase epinephrine levels in your blood as well as stimulate the breakdown of fat making free fatty acids available as fuel," Kelli McGrane MS, RD, registered dietitian and Lose It! nutrition consultant, told our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "And these two factors together can help fuel and energize your workout."

2. She Eats Eggs

Emma likes “burnt eggs”—with salt, pepper, Everything but the Bagel seasoning, a whole avocado and some Cholula seasoning. “Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease. Some studies have shown that this level of egg consumption might even help prevent certain types of stroke and a serious eye condition called macular degeneration that can lead to blindness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Manages Her Anxiety

The 2021 Met Gala Celebrating In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion - ArrivalsTaylor Hill/WireImage

Emma has had anxiety since she was a child, she revealed on PAC Talks. One of her first memories was using a stuffed animal to comfort her. Her mom called them “scary thoughts”—”thoughts that were uncomfortable in my brain that followed me all day, that were irrational.” Now, as an adult, she has had trouble falling asleep or being comfortable socially. Knowing she can’t just turn it off, she has “learned to find things that will at least make it better.” Like reading, which Emma picked up during the depths of the pandemic. “Reading books, and reading anything in general,” is one of the best ways to entertain herself and calm her anxiety.

4. She Waits for the Burn Outs to Pass

Time 100 NextTaylor Hill/FilmMagic

Sometimes Chamberlain can get overwhelmed with all the output on her plate. “When I'm feeling burnt out, I know that the best thing I can do is do nothing and wait for it to pass and it always does. I used to push through it and I would go deeper and darker into that bad spot. Now when I feel it coming, I beat it before it gets too bad,” she told Vogue.

5. She Deleted TikTok

Louis Vuitton : Outside Arrivals - Paris Fashion Week - Womenswear Spring Summer 2020Marc Piasecki/WireImage

"As dumb as it may sound, it has been genuinely a life-changing experience. It’s crazy how much I have realized. It seemed like TikTok kept me entertained in the bed to the point where I would stay in bed so much longer. Within the first few days of deleting TikTok, I stopped laying in bed so much because I would get so bored. It forced me to get and I felt like I was doing more chores,” she said on her podcast Anything Goes.

But the first time was when I was 16, I had just had my heart broken, I was miserable and my mum let me have the day off and took me into work with her in London. We went into Liberty. It was the first time I had ever been there – it was so exciting. I had my makeup done at Bobbi Brown by a really nice man, who made me look pretty and said, 'Darling, he’s not worth it!'” she told Get the Gloss.

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
