She Does What She Likes

 

Dashwood does what makes her happy. She opened up about this approach in an interview with Fightful Wrestling. "Obviously I'm still kind of trying to live my life to the fullest," she says. "Anyone that follows me knows I love to travel, and I love my food, the adventures and being outdoors, and those things just make me happy and make me energetic and better as a person. So those things I always try to do."

She Cooks

Dashwood likes to cook. She shared some of her favorite meals to make in an interview with Chris Van Vilet. "I love making breakfast. It's not hard to cook obviously, but I love making breakfast. I love baking and then like other meals, like pastas or just certain dishes. But the thing is, I live by myself, so I don't really cook because I'll make all this food I want to eat and then I'm like, 'oh, I don't wanna, I shouldn't be eating that.' It's gonna be yummy food. I mean, I cook healthy food all the time, like chicken breasts and rice and veggies and boring food. But it's boring.  So it's better when like, as a group's function or something, or like a family thing and we can all get together and cook together. I love doing that.

She Makes Her Health A Priority

Dashwood has to stay healthy for her career. And she makes it a priority, even while traveling. "It was always a priority to put my health obviously first," she says in an interview with Conversations with Cabral. "And try to find a local gym or, and try to eat the right things while we're traveling. It's so hard to find good things to eat, especially when you're doing late night drives or on planes all the time."

She Hikes

Dashwood does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Dashwood shares a lot of highlights on Instagram of herself going on hikes all over the world. She posted this video of herself going on an early morning hike through Machu Picchu. She captioned the post, "Machu Picchu revealing itself from behind the clouds at sunrise. How beautiful is that!?" She also posted this hiking video, captioning it, "Happy place. What do you think?"

She Rock Climbs

Another outdoor activity Dashwood likes to do is rock climb. She posted this video on Instagram of herself going up a mountain. She captioned the post, "Severe case of the Elvis leg shake 10ft up, but I'm too stubborn to give up. Would you try it?"
