She Eats Her Nutrients

"I'm massively into health and nutrition and I'm just into clean eating whenever possible: lots of vegetables and lots of leafy greens. Trying to eat my food as opposed to trying to take a thousand supplements—which is something I'm just learning. Sleep, working out, meditation—living a healthy life," she told E! Online.

She Works Out

Emmanuelle gets her sweat on. "I workout. I mean, I haven't in a while, but I go in spurts of working out," she told Access. "Circuit training – weights and cardio. I like to mix it up." Circuit training "involves doing a series of resistance-training exercises for different movements or body parts with little-to-no rest between each exercise. An effective circuit alternates between upper- and lower-body parts or movements like from push-ups to pull-ups for muscles responsible for different movements in the same region of the body," says ACE Fitness.

She Starts the Day with Hot Water with Citrus

Chriqui starts off the day with a cocktail: Hot water with fresh citrus. "I hand-press half a lime or lemon straight into the cup," she says. It's a smart way to tackle hydration. If you greet the morning with H2O, you've gotten a head start in case you forget to hydrate later," she told Men's Health.

She Meditates

Chriqui spends twenty-two minutes meditating every morning. "Transcendental Meditation is what works for me," she told Men's Health. "Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation. With transcendental meditation, also called TM, you silently repeat a mantra in your head. The focus of transcendental meditation is to settle your body down to a state of restful alertness. Your body is deeply relaxed and your mind is quiet, but you're wide awake. With this type of meditation, your active mind settles inward until you transcend to a state of pure consciousness. Transcends means to go beyond," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Emmanuelle isn't a morning person. "Breakfast stresses me out," Chriqui told Men's Health. "I'm just not hungry in the morning, so why force feed myself?" When she is hungry, she turns to plant-based meals – like an asparagus salad.
