2. She Loves Almond Milk
When it comes to her diet, Elliott is pretty tight-lipped. However, she likes some healthy foods, and makes sure to keep them in her kitchen. One thing she enjoys is almond milk. "One of the more popular nondairy alternatives, almond milk is rich in vitamin E while being lower in calories than cow’s milk (a cup of unsweetened almond milk generally contains 30-45 calories and 2 grams of fat). It’s also popular for cooking purposes and as an addition to your morning coffee," says the Cleveland Clinic.
3. She Uses Modeling As A Form Of Gaining Confidence
While many people assume that Elliott is a very confident person, you’d be wrong. She tells Maxim that she was very insecure growing up. She says that her modeling career has allowed her to build more confidence in herself and with her body. “I never wanted my photo taken and was shy, I kept getting asked to model and that people thought I had a unique look,” she tells us. “After my first shoot I was hooked, and now I can’t get enough of it.”
4. She Believes In Balance
Elliott tells Maxim that she eats a balanced diet. When the publication asked what her favorite food was, she answered, “Cookie dough! But I’m not supposed to say that, so grilled salmon—I marinate it with maple syrup. Chef’s kiss.”
5. She Kayaks
Elliott loves to go to the beach and spend time on the water. One thing she likes to do is go kayaking. She shared this series of photos on Instagram from a trip to Wikee Wachee, where she went kayaking on the river. She captioned the post, “Being in nature = my favorite thing in the world.”
