She Eats Healthy

Jayne says that she tries to eat healthy, but admits that it is difficult for her. She tells E! News, ​​"My breakfast is egg whites, avocado and grilled tomatoes. Lunch is usually some type of chicken and then for dinner, I like to eat. I'll eat pasta even though I'm not supposed to."

Jayne has been dancing since she was young, and does a lot of intense choreography during her live performances and music videos.

She Cuts Back On Workouts Before A Show

Jayne tells E! News that while she works out as often as she can, she cuts back on gym sessions when she's preparing for a show. Jayne says that she does this to put all her energy into rehearsals. "Now when we start rehearsing for the show," Jayne says. "I immediately cut down. There's no way you can't when you dance."

She's Disciplined

Jayne has a hardworking attitude and commits herself to her healthy lifestyle. She credits her time as a dancer with giving her this mindset. "I've grown up disciplined all my life as a dancer, so I know how to eat and work out," Jayne tells E! News.

She Protects Herself From Skin Cancer

Jayne tells Glamour that she prioritizes skin care, and not just the moisturizing and creams part of it. Jayne also makes sure to look for signs of skin cancers. "I can't stress this enough: Make sure your dermatologist really checks all your moles and skin tags and things like that," she says. "I think really looking out for skin cancer is important first. And I mean all over your body—on your scalp, in between your toes, everywhere."
