1. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Erin is all about taking time for self-care. “Downtime is important, Im learning the balance between work and downtime a bit more these days; whether thats spending time outside in the sun or relaxing at home with a good book in the bath,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
2. She Swims

Erin has revealed in multiple interviews that she enjoys taking a dip in the sea whenever she can. “Swimming in the ocean though never fails to relax me,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
3. She Rides Horses
One of Erin’s favorite activities is horseback riding. "I'm very active, I spend a lot of time outside. I have a horse. I horseback ride, it's an incredible workout for arms and core and thighs. Her name is Mallon, she's a mare … and I love her,” she told Violet Grey.
4. She Maintains a Vegan Diet

Erin is so devoted to her vegan diet, that she recently opened a vegan restaurant with her husband. Cécile Food Club, in Marseille, France, is inspired by the region and also the healthier plant-based cuisine that she is a fan of.
5. She Sleeps
What is Erin’s biggest beauty secret? “Just f---ing sleep, babe! (Laughs.) Honestly, it's one of those funny things; there are no tricks that I know that nobody else doesn't know. I just know that I will always look my best if I get a good night's sleep. No amount of concealer can hide it [if I haven't]” she told Sydney Morning Herald.
