She Plays Tennis, Naturally

Bouchard is a professional tennis player, which means she does a lot of physical activity. Even when it isn't tennis season, she's still making time for the court. Bouchard posted this reel on Instagram of herself playing, and captioned it, "Grinding on clay 'cause why not." WebMD says that tennis is an amazing physical activity, "Tennis is an activity that works out your entire body: You run across the court, working out your leg muscles. Your core is engaged as you keep your balance while chasing the ball. Your arms provide the power to swing your racket and hit the ball. You improve your balance, flexibility, coordination, and agility all in one sport."

She Loves Bananas

When it comes to her diet, Bouchard has to eat healthy, especially when it comes to her snacks. Bouchard tells Self Magazine that she eats a lot of fruit for her snacks, and that there is one particular fruit she eats a lot of. "Bananas, definitely. All tennis players eat like five bananas a day." Bananas have a lot of health benefits, in addition to having a lot of potassium, they can also benefit other parts of your body. According to this article from our sister site, Eat This Not That!, bananas can help you avoid muscle cramps, benefit your colon, and keep your skin healthy.

Bouchard tells Self that when it comes to her breakfasts, she makes sure to start her day off with healthy food. "I'm not a cooking person, so there's not much in the fridge. On the rare occasion that I do cook, I make myself breakfast. Eggs are my go-to in the morning for some protein. Orange juice as well. You have to start your day off with that."
