The 46-year-old actress, who has been showing off her Jumpsport trampoline on social media for almost a year now, was joined by fellow thespians including Sophia Bush, Jenna Ushkowitz, and Diana Maria Riva, at a trampoline exercise class hosted by the Los Angeles branch of The Ness and taught by Aly Giampolo, Eva's go-to trampoline trainer. The majority of Eva's workout clips take place on her trampoline. She uses it for side lunges to weight lifting and squats.
She Says It Feels Good on Her Knees
Using a trampoline is good for the knees, per Eva. "Oh my god this feels amazing," Eva explained in one of her Instagram videos about the trampoline. "It actually feels better on my knees."
